I had done all lot of research about storm shelters over the past year getting quotes from everyone in my surrounding area and others outside kansas and he was the best guy I found with the best price and great product quality. He was quick with getting me a quote and on delivery day him and his employee got the shelter installed in no time and patched and painted up any chips the shelter got during delivery and installation. Recently had an above ground steel shelter installed for a friend/client. It was a bit tricky due to the location the shelter needed to be placed and the need for easy and quick access for a senior who uses a walker.Eric at Storm Defense was helpful throughout the entire process. He answered questions promptly and provided suggestions to make sure this was a seamless process. He thought of concerns and needs I hadn't considered.He did several site visits prior to the install and even helped coordinate the concrete pour for the shelter pad.I will definitely recommend and use Storm Defense Shelters again should I have other clients who need a shelter install.

Recently, Kentucky had a devastating tornado that went through their state taking many lives. The next day, I sent Eric an email to stormshelters.com.
