I wouldn't recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealership. I was upfront & honest with the sales team about the couple of minor issues my potential trade-in had and would expect the same in return. Had they treated me the same I wouldn’t have made the 8hr drive round trip to look at the 2016 Yukon XL they have on the lot. While on the phone I discussed the damage that was clearly visible in the photos, and they indicated the vehicle was otherwise clean. Upon arrival I immediately noticed the low-resolution photos failed to show way more exterior damage and the interior photos were an obvious misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition as well. The driver’s side had at least 25 plus dents and other dents were found all the way around the vehicle. One of the headlights had significant scratches and two wheels had very bad road rash. The interior looked as though a dog had free reign and there were what looked to be dog nail prints in the dash, driver & passenger door trim pads. The rear lift gate trim panel looked as though the dog tried to escape out the rear and another trim panel was just laying in the rear of the vehicle. With all this in mind the vehicle was described to me as in “Good Clean Condition” other than the dent in the fender and dent in the driver side rear passenger door and quarter panel. I hope this review can help someone else avoid wasting the time and money spent driving to their dealership.

It was a smooth pickup ( no pun intended) at the dealership. Did the whole deal online and with electronic signatures. You can’t hardly buy a pair of pants this quickly. In fact, you probably can’t. My third phone call this Monday morning in search of servicing the check engine light on my Buick was to Bryan Chevrolet Buick LLC in Kiowa. I highly recommend them. Other area shops weren’t able to fit me in until next week & Jeff at Bryan said go ahead and drive it over. I was there & back at work before noon today, with a repaired vehicle, thanks to Jeff & Super Dave, who really is super. I’m recommending my daughter there for a used vehicle based solely on the great experience of this morning. Check them out!

Overall pleasing experience at Bryan Chevrolet and Buick. Upon arrival, I do admit that I was upset due to a non disclosed smoke odor of the vehicle last interior that we drove an hour and a half to look at. The salesman, Shawn was great and asked the owner, Jeff to come talk to us. It was suggested we still take it for a drive and allow them to do an ozone treatment. The odor was near gone after two treatments and I was very impressed. Jeff and Shawn were both amazing, worked with us, and were extremely easy to talk to. Purchased the vehicle and am very pleased with it! Give them a shot.

I took my truck to Bryan Chevrolet to have my transmission looked at. As soon as I walked in the door, I was met by excellent customer service reps and was introduced to the owner. Unsurpassed customer service and vehicle work/maintenance. The owner treats you like family, and the service techs can about tell you what’s wrong with your vehicle before you can finish telling them your problems. The warranty process was smooth and flawless and no work or nonsense on my end. They got my truck fixed in a quick manor and was fixed properly. The owner got my truck ready for me to pick up, after hours on his own time, the day before Thanksgiving. I highly recommend Bryan Chevrolet!

He let me test drive the car and was very accommodating with any issues that I saw. For example, one of the turn signal lights was out and he immediately replaced and fixed it free of charge. Shaun or Sean — the rep, told me that he would replace both my batteries in my malibu (car battery and aux. battery) because when I drove to Kiowa from Wichita, the car would not turn on. Drove back to Kiowa the next day, and he said batteries were replaced and nothing was wrong with car. Here we are a few months later and air compressor is out, aux battery is now failing the rest of my car (transmission problems, etc.) and extra wiring in the fuse box causing computer problems. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE. we pointed out problems that we noticed and he would not lower price but promised to fix the problems before we bought and here are with all of the problems occurring that were promised to be fixed.
