Not only did we get a great bid, I felt like I could really trust the staff.We had a small section of shingles that needed to be replaced on the front side of our house. When the repair was done, the shingles were completely the wrong color. It looked we had a white hole in our roof.This was on a Friday. I called Monday morning, and Kristie immediately put me at ease. I sent pictures of what was installed, and she agreed it was unacceptable.Imagine my surprise when Tuesday afternoon the contractor came back and the shingles were reinstalled at no extra charge. While it could never be a perfect match, I feel like we got a very good deal.Mesler will definitely be my first call when it comes time to replace our roof.Wonderful customer service!

We hired Mesler to repair our house from a hail storm and i am so glad that we did, they replaced our roof and gutters and they painted the entire house and everything looks great, the crews were all professional and did a very good job cleaning up, any problems that we had were handled quickly and professionally we had some drywall cracks after roof repairs and they took care of it even after I said I didn't blame them! In my opinion every company could take a lesson in customer satisfaction from Mesler thanks again for taking such great care of me and our home.

Beware of this company. Ever since the owner change, they will not take responsibility of any prior work. Yet they kept the business name the same. The front office staff will not let you speak to the owner. Even if you are present, they do not honor their warranty and do shady work, avoid at all costs.

They did not complete the work as the contract stated, their shortcuts caused our roof to leak in less than a year after they replaced it. We reached out to their office when the leak occurred and they did Not respond. A week later we finally got response after going in person to their office and few days later a contactor came over to patch the leak but we had to explain to them that we needed the whole thing done how it was stated in contract. They left a mess of nails. We hope they did it right this time. They had not replaced the flashing as we requested and did a subpar job which caused the leak to happen. We recieved no compensation for the damage caused to the interior of our home due to their lack of quality service to complete the roof correctly.

I had Mesler replace the siding on three sides of my house and the whole experience was poor. The siding was installed decently (I did have to get them to come back to make some obvious repairs) but the job was never completed after someone for the subcontractor got hurt on the job. I tried to rectify this immediately following the "completion" but got no where. The work is over 3 years old and still not complete. They have referred me to the previous owners who did absolutely nothing to help. In addition to not finishing the work, the subcontractor broke a gate to the point it was unusable, left cigarette butts all over my yard, and left a pile of old siding/trash in my yard for several weeks that killed my grass. I asked that they fix the gate and they told me to contact the subcontractor who would never return my calls and eventually blocked my phone number. I will not use them for any project moving forward and I would recommend finding a different company that will back their work and not send you chasing other people. I was never told that he work would be subcontracted out and that Mesler (who I wrote the check to) would not be doing the work or backing the work.In response to the owner's reply: I can produce the estimate and proof of payment that this work was done in July 2020, not 2019 and I had a Mesler representative at my house several months ago that was given all the information so I don't understand stating you don't have record of this happening.

I am loving my new windows from Mesler! The whole experience & quality was above expectations, and so simple/stress-free. I enjoyed each interaction in the process. From the starting referral of Chris; the planning & scheduling with Krissy; the owner Mike taking the time to go over my options in the showroom; and Mr. Dave setting everything in motion & seeing it through to the end. Even the installation team was polite, efficient, & detail-oriented. The quality of work & of the windows speak for themselves, but the customer service & attention to the needs & details from the team really set them above for me. I've started my wish list for future projects!

We recently purchased new windows and had other contracted work done with Mesler Roofing and Exteriors and the quality of the products and installation was exceptional. In a time of material and supply chain delays and extended product lead-times, their staff worked diligently to have our projects completed on time and correctly. The owner himself even came to assist on the day of installation. I'm not one that typically posts reviews, but my experience with Mesler Roofing and Exteriors and their new ownership is absolutely worth sharing. Mike and Kristi were outstanding to work with. They worked hard to get the shingles we wanted in stock, despite manufacturing and supply issues. Kristi went above and beyond tracking the product down and keeping us informed. We have a large house on a hill that receives a lot of wind and Mike made sure that these shingles were the best for our conditions. The crew that they sent out were top notch. They were polite, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and worked very hard. There were three very hot days that would allow the tar paper to be at its tackiest followed by several days of rain and cool weather. This crew worked 12+ hour days to make sure our entire roof was completed prior to the rain moving in. I would highly recommend working with Mesler.Service: Roof installation

Mesler Roofing & Exterior installed exterior siding and windows on our old historic barn. I had met with 2 other contractors on the project and was most impressed with Mesler and Pete (Sales and Project Manager). Pete took the time to understand what I wanted and presented proposals for what I wanted - as well as other options I had not considered. As a result, I ended up going with a suggestion they presented and I am glad I did!The sales process was not a hard sell, but rather consultative in terms of meeting my objective, timeline and budget. They knew they had a competitive (but not the lowest) price and instead of a hard close, they took time to make sure the job would be done right. Pete and Gregg, the owner, visited the site during the bidding process just to confirm what equipment and planning would be needed to safely and effectively access the 60+ foot cupola and gable peaks.During construction, communication was excellent and of course there were some delays due to weather and material suppliers, but I was always apprised of the schedule. Pete and the entire Mesler Team delivered a finished project that exceeded my expectation in appearance, reduced future maintenance costs and was within my budget.They proved themselves and earned my trust as a result!

It's hard to find a good roofing professional. I contacted 4 roofing companies. Either their estimates were too high, or they didn't seem aboveboard. Someone referred Mesler.I had a good feeling about Gregg from the beginning. I was right to. He's straightforward. His responses to my questions and requests were polite and professional. The roof was finished more quickly than expected. It looks great. I don't have any complaints.Service: Roof repair

I had a roof replaced that had never leaked, but looked like it was in rough condition. Mesler did a quick job at a seemingly fair price. But I suppose you get what you pay for. The roof started leaking and caused drywall ceiling damage and the light fixture where the leak happened no longer works. Had to contact them several times with no response before they finally came and fixed the leak, which took several weeks. However they did not fix the interior damage and in fact ignored many calls and messages about fixing the ceiling and light fixture damage. This company will not guarantee their work and will completely ignore you when you have an issue. They are quick to get your business, but don't count on anything after that. I own and manage a lot of rentals and it is sad that they will lose a lot of future business.

After being stood up by two previous contractors we contacted Mesler Roofing about fixing some siding issues & adding new batten boards to cover the seams. The sales manager Chuck contacted us right away and came by the house and discussed our options. Tom the project manager answered our questions and made it a point to keep us up to date on the project. We really appreciated Chuck, Tom, Nate and the rest of the crew’s work ethic and attention to detail to make sure everything was done right. I contacted Joe Gipp about painting the interior of a rental I own. He agreed to meet with me at the property within the day, and was courteous and knowledgeable about his work. His estimate seemed very reasonable so I hired him. He began work quickly and was done within the time frame I had laid out for him. His work was of high quality, and was well worth the money I spent to not have to paint the property myself.
