Very pleased with our experience with Emerson. We worked with Steven, who was very attentive to our project. The crew showed up exactly when we were told they would. They worked quickly and efficiently, were very respectful of our property, and cleaned up well afterwards. Steven came by when the roof was finished and picked up any stray nails he found. Extra materials that were left were picked up quickly after the job was done as well. The roof looks great - haven’t yet had any rain to test it. We highly recommend this company.

Emerson was the fourth company I hired to assist in convincing my insurance company to fully cover my 24 year old roof. The catch was that the shingles were discontinued and my insurance company only wanted to cover a partial job. Not only did I have concerns with this, but my HOA did as well. The men from Emerson came out 3 times, once to get on my roof to collect samples for composite testing to prove the new and old shingles do not work together, a second time to have a zoom call with the insurance claims agent to show them exactly what their concerns were and finally to prove the job was required with insurance claims on hand. to say they followed through would be accurate. they promised me they would win the never-ending insurance battle (it had been ongoing for a full year) and they did. then, knowing my timeline, they were able to order and complete the job in exactly one weeks time.I am very grateful to Ben and Steven and the rest of the team at Emerson. If you are struggling with your insurance claims department, these guys know their stuff and they don't back down till they get the job done.

Jeremy was assigned to us. He quickly contacted me and set up a time to meet us in person. The process was so smooth which was a relief for us as we just bought the house a year ago when the storm hit. Everyone at Emerson was so friendly and quick to be at our service. Our project was delayed one day and we quickly had two people informing us. If we ever have to replace our roof (we hope not) but if we do, we will use Emerson again!

Aaron did a fantastic job of explaining the entire process, despite me being skeptical of someone ringing our doorbell. He and the rest of the team answered all of my questions and took care of the bulk of the paperwork making the process as easy as possible for me. Happy with the finished result and they even did our next door neighbor's shingles as well. Last week 2 reps for this company came to my door in Omaha. I answered and politely told them I wasn't interested. They asked to give me a card and I said no thank you. They continued to push for me to take a card, I continued to say no. Firm that I will not use it.Imagine my surprise to find they left a card on my doorbell and also threw one in my yard.Yeah....I 100% will never call a company that can't handle a 'no' at door to door solicitation.Find a better company that isn't trying to squeeze money from roofs into their pockets by chasing storm damage claims.

Tom was the best project manager I could have asked to work with. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, answered questions via text regardless of it being after business hours, and went to bat with my insurance company when they took forever and five years to process my claim. The crew was respectful of the property and left no trace (aside from the gorgeous new roof, of course!) that they had ever been on the property. Everything is beautiful, spotless, and very well done. My experience with Emerson has been one of the most positive and efficient companies I have had the pleasure to work with. Todd and his crews are very professional. They actually were able to start on my roof a few weeks earlier than I expected. The crew came out and demoed the old roof, installed all new ice and water shield, felt and new shingles in one day. They cleaned up the old shingles, felt paper and nails and took everything to the dump. Wont recommend to anyone! I was told my insurance was going to pay for my gutters! They replaced my gutters and find out my insurance never agreed! I’ve tried to get this resolved and it keeps getting put on hold and no calls back! I’m not reporting to BBB

Emerson Enterprises did an outstanding job assisting me with my roof replacement needs, and I would highly recommend them!Jeremy is knowledgeable and very professional! He is good at what he does!He came by to do the initial inspection, told me what to expect, sent a representative to meet with the insurance inspector since he had another appointment, and came by after the claim had been processed to select singles and to go over the contract. I paid half up front and received the invoice the same day. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and provided updates and or changes to schedule due to the weather.The labor part went really well too! The team came in the morning and were done late afternoon. They laid out tarps around my home and cleaned up really well after into a bin that they brought. They were efficient and very professional! I was very impressed!!I should receive my final invoice in a couple of days to close everything out. Super impressed with this company. I had a very positive experience. The crew was respectful of property and considerate to me. I was concerned that they were too hot, but they refused my offer to come into AC. I felt sad that they were cheerfully putting on a new roof while I sat in AC. The cleanup was excellent.The staff kept us informed of our responsibility and what to expect and when to expect it. The process of getting our roof replaced through insurance, took many steps. Ashley, our project manager, was there every step of the way. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and always timely in communication. If I had any problem with the insurance company, he would help guide me on the next step. I talked to multiple roofing companies and Emerson truly was the only company that knew all of the laws that needed to be adhered to in my area. Due to that they were able to get my difficult insurance company to approve a roof and gutter replacement within a matters of days (after they had denied other roofers requests). We were in constant communication. My roof was done in a day and my gutters only took a few hours. It all looks amazing. We had an excellent experience with Todd Chaffin and the Emerson team. We had our roof replaced and Todd was very timely and communicative the entire time. The replacement crew came out a few days after the materials were delivered and finished the roof in one day. The crew cleaned up everything that afternoon. They covered the deck and all shrubbery with a tarp to ensure no damage to our property. They were extremely professional, timely, communicative, and efficient. Ashley Meggitt knocked on my door and asked to take a look up on the roof. He found damage, I filed a claim and we ended up getting most of the roof replacement paid for as well as new gutters, covers, and downspouts. The work was done with excellence and they walked me through each step of the process. My State Farm insurance agent has been great too and so was the adjuster, who came out. Everything was amazing how caring and kind Tom Malloy , the job manager, was. Everything was done in a professional way. The house(about 3800 sq. feet) with a pitch roof and a large out building was roofed in two days. The job was well coordinated and quickly done. I was kept informed if there was a question.
