We got several bids for a roof leak that involved replacing the heater vent pipe in the attic and and on the roof as well as replacing the shingles around the pipe. In just a few hours after his inspection, Licio at HT Roofing & Construction provided us a very professional quote with photos of what needed to be fixed. HT Roofing's quote was also the cheapest one we got so we went with them and we are glad we did. They completed the work in a very timely manner. The work quality was excellent and they provided photos of all completed work. They were also very courteous and responsive. We highly recommend HT Roofing & Construction!

I highly recommend Licio and HT Roofing. Communication and customer service was top notch. He was very knowledgeable, and provided clear documentation and videos. He was so great with documentation that when working with the insurance company, the insurance adjuster decided he didn't even need to come out and insurance covered not only the roof but Licio was able to get new gutters as well! The crew showed up when they said they would. Was very courteous, and was very careful not to damage my home or landscape. They put up necessary tarps to protect my home. I can't recommend Licio and his team more.

Had a great experience with HT Roofing. Received a very warm initial phone call with HT. Always great to feel like a customer and not burden to a company! Inspection by Lucio 2 days later and received estimate within a couple of hours. This was for torn shingle replacement, minor other repairs (house is 1.5 years old). Before and after photos were taken and shared with me. Payment occurred after repairs and was done online. Really positive experience and would highly recommend.

This review is coming in 2 years after the work was completed on our roof. They did a great job offering solutions to our roof problems while being understanding to the budget. HT removed our old roof, repaired decking, fixed a couple split rafters, added ventilation (that fixed ice damming issue), corrected flashing to siding, and added fleshing to prevent animals chewing. 2 years year and it still looks and acts like the day they finished. From start to finish, the folks at HT Roofing were outstanding. Within an hour and a half of my initial email inquiry to them, I heard back from Yessenia to schedule a site visit (to evaluate the scope of the project. Licio showed up on time on the appointed date, evaluated the issues of concern and offered a few alternatives for handling those issues. There was no pressure. When we selected the alternative that was right for us, he prepared the work order (which included the price) right then and there. By the time he was leaving, we were on the schedule for the following week to get the work done. The following week, Licio's team showed up as promised and quickly completed the work. The work was done completely and in a professional manner. Throughout the process Licio and Yessenia kept us informed by text, email, etc. When the need arises in the future, I most certainly will call again on HT Roofing.

I received quotes from 2 roofing companies. While both companies submitted competitive quotes for roof and gutter replacement, I chose HT Roofing because they offered OC Class-4 (Impact Resistant) shingles, mesh-style gutter covers, and multiple roof warranty options. They also provided more inspection detail of my 27 year old roof including photos in their written quote.Replacement of the roof began on Monday of Thanksgiving week and completed in 2 days. Gutter replacement was completed on the day after Thanksgiving (1 day). Gutter covers and new intake vents were installed in mid-December (1 day).During each phase of the project the work team did an excellent job of protecting the area around the exterior of my home and cleaning up the area after each phase.The new roof and gutters have been in place for just over a month. We have used HT Roofing & Construction for two jobs so far and plan on calling them for more work in the near future. For both jobs, one on the roof for multiple leaks and one to change the direction of a down-spout for out gutter, I was very satisfied with their work. In both cases, the work was done quickly, cleanly, and without any defects -- great quality! They were very meticulous in their attention to detail and found several areas where my roof needed repairs and they were able to address each one of them in a timely manner. After the job was complete, they made sure all their waste materials were picked up and you could not even tell they had been onsite, other than the fact that the leaks in the roof were gone.Licio is a fantastic contact, when he comes out, he is very professional, very helpful in explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done. He also comes back and ensures that the work that was completed is done according to the specifications agreed to in the quote. I will definitely be calling on HT Roofing & Construction for work in the future.Update:Our third job was just complete on 10/10/2023. We were having issues in the winter where moisture would accumulated in the attic and then when it thawed, the ice would cause ceiling water spots.Licio came out and analyzed the situation and found that it was due to poor airflow (ventilation) in the attic. We had enough vents, but the vents were clogged from paint and we needed new baffles to ensure insulation did not fall and cause clogging.The crew arrived on time. They were very courteous. They did a neat job and cleaned up everything before leaving.I highly recommend HT Roofing & Construction. They are professionals, clean work, use great technology for analyzing the customer needs. They are honest and hardworking. The experience I had with HT roofing was amazing. I was looking for a drywall repair and found others who had a great experience with the company. After reaching out to HT they advised that they generally don’t do drywall work any longer, but they would see if their prior workers could assist. I had HT Roofing replace our old gutters and install gutter guards. It took them about 4 hours to complete the gutter installation. They came back the next day and did the gutter guards. HT construction came out to quote and repair some siding on my chimney. The owner came out to walk me though what the repairs would be and gave a rough price with a full quote to follow. The price was competitive compared to the others I had. HT was transparent about the lead time and even though there were weather delays they communicated weekly to keep us informed. Once they were able to come out the work looked great. Overall they communicated well and let us know about any delays that were caused by rain.

Lucio came out to provide me with an estimate for the gutter repair that we needed. He also provided me a rough estimate of what it would cost to replace all gutters and downspouts- which was thousands less than others have quoted. I was satisfied with how professional he was and the estimate that I was given so we scheduled the gutters repairs. Initially I was told that it would be 1-2 weeks. However, they had an opening and my work was completed within 3 days of our estimate. They were quick, courteous and before they started they made sure that they understood what I wanted and the work quoted. I appreciated the thoroughness! But what I appreciate the absolute most is how great our gutters and downspouts look that they replaced. No mess left over, quality work and quality products. I have bad stories in regards to contractors and businesses not providing service that they promise but this company gave me hope! Should we decide to replace all of the remaining gutters and downspouts then I will be contacting them no doubt. In addition to any other work we need that they're able to complete.
