I like the gutters. They work as advertised and the initial purchase and installation were easy.Last July a large tree branch fell and damaged one of the corners. I called and one of the reps came out to inspect it. He told me that although the gutters were only 6 years old the whole level would have to be replaced since the system has been redesigned. I argue with him about how silly it is that they can't support an expensive gutter system that is only six years old. He advised it could be replaced and paid for with a home owners insurance claim. I asked if I could think about it and call him back.A few week later I called him back. He told me he would schedule time and come back out with the details. Never happened.A couple of months after that I called to follow up. He was very apologetic and told me I would be getting a call for an appointment. Never happened.Two weeks ago I called the General Manager. He said that he could not find me in his computer and told me he would call me back shortly when he was able to locate my account. It's two weeks later and he never called me back.I'm stuck with outdated, leaky gutters because they are no longer supported and I apparently my business is no longer important to them.It's been made very clear that if anyone other that one of their employees touches the corner to fix it that the warranty will be void.The gutters are fine, the service has not been.

Highly educational presentation with full assessment of all areas of our house with water issues. Learned about all gutter options and how Leafguard is different in its one piece design. Answered questions and worked with finance to get a payment within our budget. We had our Leafguard gutters installed over ten years ago after years of climbing ladders 6 times a year to clean out our gutters. Have not had too clean gutters since. Recently had new siding installed and it was necessary to take down the gutters and reinstall to make room for the new siding. Tristen and his team did an excellent job of showing up as schedule and making the necessary adjustments to account for the new siding. It is a rare pleasure when a company will continue to value customers and there property years after the sale.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from Leafguard and they lost my business due to this. We had them out to our house, received the quote and signed all the paperwork with a date set for install. Date came and went, no call no show. I called and was told that they did not have us on the books because we had not paid up front for the gutters. This was a insurance claim that was discussed with the sales person who came to my house and not one time was I told they needed payment up front. I immediately knew by the way I was treated and talked to on the phone that I would not be using their service and I found someone else. They lost out on the job due to their lack of respect for the customer.

Guy did a quote for the rental property I reside in. He was very excited, helpful, informative and extremely professional. He took his time and thoroughly explained how gutter systems are supposed to work and how different materials could affect the longevity of the gutter system. He left no stone unturned, lol!! It's been over a year since I had my Leafguard Gutters installed, and I'm very happy with them. Based on what I've experienced so far, I would say they are worth the price I paid. The salesperson was very thorough in his evaluation and determined that I didn't have adequate downspouts for my roof area. The installers were prompt and professional and did a very good job cleaning up the worksite after completion.Since the install, it's very rare that I have water flowing over the gutters and that's only because of an extreme storm. The built-in strainers are easy to access and inspect for debris. I should mention that debris sometimes includes (dead) insects such as beetles and cicadas. It makes sense that they could end up in there given they are smaller than the opening in the gutters but larger than the holes in the strainers. I just wish someone had mentioned that during the sales pitch.Service: Gutter installation

The only issue we ran into is we were very firm on what we could afford for a pymt and said we could NOT afford anything over a discussed amount. The last time I was on a ladder cleaning our gutters was in 2002, just before we had our LeafGuard system installed. We live under a tree canopy and only twice have we asked the company to unclog a couple of sections. They were here within a day of calling them to flush out the gutters.This year, (2023) a tree limb came down and destroyed two sections. LeafGuard replaced them and even waived some normal installation charges.LeafGuard has proven to me that more than just providing the best gutter system and warranty, customer service is top of their list. Tristan Williams, Operations Manager, made sure that everything was replaced to a high standard.
