picked Farber for a new roof. I specifically asked if the facia boards would be replaced before installing the new gutters. Oh yeah yeah. Guess what? No repairs were made to the facia and they put new gutters up on top of rotting facia. They also failed to install the proper kickout flashing that caused the original leak. The facia has only gotten worse since the new gutter was hastily installed. Insurance inspector let it go, didnt notice or wasnt trained well enough to notice. I should have taken off work that day. We had to hire someone else to replace the facia and install the correct kickout flashing required.

They failed to show up for a bid. I took 2 hours off work to meet them for it. When I called to ask if they were still coming, they said they were too busy that day, and didnt feel a simple apology was necessary.A friend hired them and they started the job a month after they promised.
