Jay and his team were great! My husband and I were moving in 18 days, our house was sold and then we had a bad storm. We had hail damage. I was talking to my insurance agent and Jay showed up. What timing! A familiar face and he was great. He replaced our roof 7 years ago. He was amazing then. I was so happy to see a familiar face to help me through this. He helped me and walked me through every detail. Our claim went through quickly and we had a new roof in less than 2 weeks. His team was professional and finished in one day. They left our yard clean and free of debris. Jay went above and beyond with his thorough communication as well as his exceptional customer service. He was prompt and helped me with all of my questions. If I ever need help in the future - I know exactly who I'm calling! Thanks Again!

Do not, do not, do NOT hire this company. I purchased my first home in July of 2023, the dream of my life. Prior to purchasing, we agreed (in writing), that the roof would be redone. I was okay with the chosen roofer, Infinity. I was confident in my realtor and the decisions we had made together. My roof color was originally brown, which I loved as I loathe the look of dark grey/black. I was told I would get to pick the color of the roof, and I sent texts prior to the day of construction to confirm when that would be happening. I received a text that the supplies had been delivered and I drove past my house to be as soon as possible and cried-- my roof was now black with no consult with me or my realtor. My realtor took blame (that was not his to take) and pursued reasoning as to why I was not involved in the color process. I had a conversation with my realtor asking if there could be any compensation. The response verbatim from my realtor (who had conversations with Infinity) via text was: "This is from the roofer...Word for word. At this point I'm already lean on this as it is. Tell the homeowner that the warranties extended and if there's any issues I could help her with it as far as the garage door I don't have someone for them." Via phone I was told the roofer just went what most people chose (I'm sure what was CHEAPEST). My response to that is I do not care if you're "leave on this as it is"-- then you never should have done the project. Do work you're worthy of, not a favor. Extremely poor customer service and a complete damper on what should have been a very positive experience for me.

He arrived in less than 24 hours to do a free inspection of our roof after a hail storm. The work was completed quickly and correctly! Follow-up is very important and I was very pleased with their response and remediation time 😊Village Construction was fabulous to work with. They provided a thorough explanation of the work being done and answered ALL of my questions. Jay, Chad and their crew were kind, responsive and sympathetic to the needs of my dogs needing to go outside, periodically 😀 While they didn’t do the gutter/gutter cover install, they coordinated all aspects. We never expected to receive insurance coverage to replace our 23-year old roof after the most recent hail damage but Taylor got it done! My overall experience was excellent. Infinity used top notch material and was easy to do business with.Jacob, our project manager made us very comfortable with the project from start to finish. He was available as needed before, during and after the work. Jacob treats his customers very professionally and courageously. He is knowledgeable and pays attention to details. Village Construction did a wonderful job replacing our roof. We worked with their project manager, Charlie, who was recommended to us by our realtor. Charlie went above and beyond what I expected him to. After reaching out to Charlie about a leak in the roof, he came by to inspect the extent of the damage and recommended that we reach out to our insurance company. He then came back to point out all the damages to the claims adjuster. After receiving our claim, Charlie noticed a few items were missing, saving us quite a bit of money. His team also did a great job with our new roof, it looks amazing! They started very early and was able to complete all of the work in one day. This company was awesome! Very professional, the workers took very good care of our property. We had tons of plants and a pool which they covered up so debris would not get in it or damage it. Jay was referred to us by our real estate agent and personal friend. Our roof was damaged by hail storms in Fall of 2021 and from the initial meeting to closing out the claim Village was professional, responsive, and timely. It is unlikely to find those qualities in most contract companies but glad we did. If we did have hiccups in the process (insurance company was not timely in communication) Jay was available to address it quickly. Our experience was a very good one with Village. They assessed the damage, met with our adjuster, made changes to update code on the new roof and processed those changes with our insurance. Payment was quick and work on the roof/gutter occurred as scheduled and on-time (once supply chain caught up to materials).
