I had my roof & gutters set to be replaced by Victory Home Improvement around October of 2021. The roof wasnt replaced until December 2021-January 2022.After inquiring for updates through text, email, & phone calls numerous times through the company directly & their sales person Braxton, the gutters were finally completed at some point between July-October 2023. I give that range because its between the last estimated time frame given, and now. I have no idea when exactly they were replaced. There was no contact to confirm they were actually coming/ had replaced them. Everytime I had contacted them there was always some excuse, and a claim that they would get it done soon. Nearly two years after they were paid for the job, and the work has finally been finished.Im giving three stars because at least the work was finished, although extremely delayed overall and required far too many broken promises to get there. Others seem to have gotten lucky with this company based on the other reviews here, but I wouldnt chance it if I were you.Service: Roof installation

Let me start by saying how satisfied with the service I am! They went above and beyond to help me. They helped talk with the insurance adjuster to take the ease off me bc as a homeowner thats all confusing but it being their business they really knew exactly how to help and handle the insurance company. Will be going back as a lifetime client and will recommend them to my friends.

Victory is a great roofing company. They were able to fix some areas on our roof that other companies overlooked. It is so nice to have peace of mind before winter. Deshawn was great to work with. My roof had hail damage and guttering also. My neighbor had used Victory Home Improvement to do their roof a week or so prior. I could see the quality of work on his house so decided to get my insurance company involved to see if I qualified for a roof. I did qualify for a roof and guttering. My insurance adjuster has worked with Victory Home Improvement before and said he never had any issues. All I got to say is Job well done. They came in and got the roof and guttering done in a timely fashion. Cleaned the work area very well and have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Victor Home Improvement. DeShawn and his team were amazing to work with. As a homeowner that's bad at "adulting," it was great to have them handle everything including initiating our insurance claim. They even worked with me on when to schedule so that my kids' virtual schooling wasn't impacted. Highly recommend!

We had huge tree limb fall on our house after Victory came and put a new roof on in July. Called them up and they were over to fix it quick! I highly recommend this company they're easy to work with!
