Had Aqua Shield install our roof, windows and siding. They did an okay job on the roof, but I can't say the same for the windows and siding. I'm still waiting on a couple of minor pieces; was told they would be there to finish it up on a certain date, but nobody showed up and that was months ago. Had siding come off shortly after installed and it took forever to get them back to fix it. We have been dealing with them for over a year.

I had my roof and gutters replaced last summer. These guys were quick, efficient and easy to work with. If I needed anything or had questions, all I had to do was call and ask. They worked for me with both my roof and dealing with my insurance company. Cleanup was another plus, as I didn’t have extra shingles or nails lying around when the job was complete. I’d highly recommend aqua shield!

The crew Shane had working here was truly a sight to behold! 11 men showed up at 8AM. They removed all roofing on our house including metal, asphalt shingles & fiberglass over a patio. They repaired necessary sheeting & sheeted roof where metal roof was. Put on new metal roof & new polycarbonate patio & all the trim work. At 5 PM they were completely finished! They scoured the place for any debris & were done! They did a GREAT job & was even tidy about it. I've worked around many construction crews & this is not the norm! I submitted a request for an estimate to get some siding repaired. I got a call the next day saying he could be there the next day, which was a Friday, and that he would call when he was on his way. He never called or showed up. It's been 2 weeks and I've never heard from them again. Will not be using.

Not going to say they did a bad job because that could get me in trouble but I will never use or recommend them. Still waiting for them to honor there guarantee. My gutters leak worse now than the old ones ever did.
