Evan went above and beyond in customer service when it came to helping me get a beautiful new roof put on my home.Evan was there from begining to end making sure all my needs were met from working directly with my insurance where I did not have to stress.I was able to have my deductible cost waived with putting a sign in my yard. Not having any out of pocket was great!When my old roof was torn down they seen I had no decking which the old company should have done. LEE'S was able to talk with my insurance and have that added to my claim with ease. I know have new decking and a beautiful roof that has added a lot of curb appeal!If you want great customer service that really listens to what YOU want and is there EVERY step of the way I cannot recommend this company more. I know that Evan would be more than happy to help get the process started and will take excellent care of your home with following through each step with great care!!!

Lee’s roofing and its contractors go above and beyond and take pride in work they do. The little things are what matters and having Mathew from lee’s roofing help me through the process and taking the time to explain things on phone and in person has not gone unnoticed! Mathew has been working with my insurance company to get them to pay what is right and fair and things that my insurance doesn’t pay for giving fair and transparent prices.Work I have had done by lee’s so far has been Roof, fascia, gutters, custom bent trim around entire house and sheds. Very happy with my decision to use this company!

We had a new roof put on our home and Lee's Roofing did a wonderful job! They made sure that all trash/construction materials were picked up at the end of their workday! They were patient with us while we tried to decide on our new color scheme. When we made our choices, they were out within the next week. Our contact person was Evan Overton! Working with Lee's Roofing was very easy, stress free and they were very helpful working with us in making it as affordable as possible for our budget. Matthew (who we spoke with) was not pushy whatsoever and made it very clear as to what our options were. We never felt as though we were being taken advantage of and they were very patient/helpful along each step. Lee's roofing indicated this was a SPAM review. I can assure you it's not. You can contact me for details if you wish.After the hail storm in the spring of 2019 my neighbor and I contacted Lee Roofing. We both decided to work with them. I had some siding damage and they bid to repair that as well. The siding was installed incorrectly and they failed to put any weather proofing material on the house before installing the siding. The wood they replaced has deformed and bowed out from the house. One window had trim that was to be replaced and the gentleman from Lee's said it would be too much work to replace that wood. I have called Lee's 4 or 5 times and not received a return phone call yet. It would appear they are avoiding me. I am extremely concerned about the siding installation but just can't seem to get an answer from them. I have a sign on my food truck that has a slash through the words Lee's Roofing and is questioned by volunteers on my truck daily. I tell them my story which includes no returned calls. I would not recommend using Lee's Roofing at this time. I'm not sure why when you go to their website and click on reviews that it shows 4.9 out of 5 stars with birdseye? Who is birdseye? The gentleman who came was very helpful and gave us several options for the repairs. He was honest and professional about our situation and provided us with several estimates to review. Had Lee’s do our roof in the past. Company is easy to work with, dependable and conscientious. Salesman (Matthew) was phenomenal. True to his word. Kept us updated. Liked that they have their own crews and the guys showed with “Lee’s Roofing” shirts so they look very professional. Crew cleaned up nails and trash at the end of each day and swept sidewalks/driveway. Company owner showed up a couple times during job to make sure we were happy. Local company with local crew members so like that. Recommend this company. Lee’s also took care of two huge windows on the front of our house that caused interior damage due to storm. Lee's contacted us quickly with a quote for our roofing and siding. The entire company from workers, office staff, and thise they contracted out with for our siding were friendly and great to work with.Their cost was lower than other companies we contacted for estimates and they went out of their way to fight with the insurance company for repairs that wer not originally approved.On top of all of this they went above and beyond to find contractors to perform services outside of what they offered. They even contacted them, provided them pictures, as well as set of times for appointments.This really helped v us streamline the process.

I called Lee’s to check my house for a leak that needed either repaired or replace the roof. I was told they would be contacting my renter that evening, I think his name was Brandon. He never did anything, no call no anything. Now we’ve had hail and the roofers are swamped with work and aren’t interested in coming out to check a leak. I will never use Lee’s Roofing, this isn’t the way you treat potential customers.

They were very good, prompt service and worked with our insurance co. The crew that came to do the roof left our gates open when we told the head worker to keep them closed for our two small dogs, and we returned home to find one of our dogs bolted from the noise, and was gone 5 hrs before we managed to find her thru online lost and found apps! To top it off, one of the crew workers cut off the top of my little transplanted cactus and took it from my front porch pot!!

Called them to setup an estimate on my roof as it needs replacing. I know they are busy, but someone scheduled an appointment to come out and provide an estimate. No one showed up, no one called to setup another time. Excellent business practice.

They charged my dad 500 dollars to redo the flashing caulk the joints around the chimney. The caulking around the chimney was so bad, the chimney cleaner warned my dad that it needed to be redone soon.It was worse than if we had done it ourselves. Don't waste your time.

Crestfallen after our loathsome experience with a local so called family business. After numerous attempts to have a Brandon get back to us, the office sent other workers to finish the job. The "crew" was completely inexperienced. I attempted to discuss the depravity of the shoddy attempt to complete the job. But was met with indifference and a sense of helplessness. We have another company correcting the shoddy work. A middle school shop class could have done a more satisfactory job.
