Lylland cares about you and your home. He took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure that the work he did was exceptional. His pricing estimate was fair. He replaced and repaired my gutters, added new concrete and repaired a door. Finally, a contractor who comes and says what they are going to do, does it professionally, and even cleans up their mess. I have already asked for new estimates on other home improvement projects.
