The service was very fast and efficient from the initial call for a estimate which was scheduled with Tabitha, to our estimator Travis Gabbard to our samples that my wife had picked up at the main office. which Tabitha had shown my wife. After making the huge mistake of going with another contractor to replace my gutters and downspouts, I called Deer Park. Travis came out and inspected them advising and addressing my concerns with the leaky, incorrectly installed gutters I had. simply unacceptable. It took them almost 4 weeks to not complete a job that was quoted to be done in no more than 3-4 days. We finally had enough run around and told them not to come back. The pictures shows their finished product. Enough Said. Keep looking for a roofer that is qualified!!The estimator didn't write up proposal as asked so wrong materials were used. The Owner/VP was contacted and gave us more run around after materials we had provided to them went "missing".It apparently starts at the top and trickles down which is greatly reflected in their work and attitude towards their customers.We had to hire a separate contractor to come out a month after we fired them to fix the soffit that literally just fell out of the façade as it was not anchored to anything. I honestly can't believe that anyone could command the money they did for such absolute poor performance! This is quite literally just the tip of the iceberg. If you want to fight with a roofing contractor for almost a month, then these are your guys!I am not a difficult person to please as I am customer facing myself, but I do demand that work be done as we request and on the time frame promised when hired.

I’ve used Deer Park Roofing twice for roof repairs. The first time for a leak, which they responded the same day and made the repair during a light rain, replacing an improperly installed vent boot and surrounding shingles. This time, recent high wind had torn and damaged several panels of some shingles. Both times their service was truly excellent. Every person I dealt with was pleasant, polite and professional. They quickly identify themselves by name, explain their role and how they fit in with helping with your repair. Everything played out exactly as they said. They arrived on time, made the repairs, plus noticed another area I was unaware of and corrected it, and left no mess. The price they charged both times was reasonable and for this last repair, $140 less than the company our insurance person recommended.I think it’s great that they put extra effort into making sure you know their name and the name of the next person you’ll be dealing with. So many service companies are impersonal and you consider yourself “lucky” to actually get the service they offer. I highly recommend Deer Park Roofing should you need their services.Since I do have their names, I want to express my thanks to Tabitha who took my call and followed up after the repair. Travis who arrived the same day as the call to look at the damage and gave the estimate. Hunter and Dave who made the repairs (the most important part) and to Nate, the manager who oversees the repair.Hopefully Deer Park management reads their reviews. Thank you to everyone at Deer Park Roofing for fixing my house after two trees fell on it after a storm. Nate Cox came not long after I had the trees removed to give me bids on the damage. He ended up having to come to my house three times to make the insurance appraiser happy. The bids were so detailed that my insurance adjuster specifically mentioned that the detail was what helped her approve my claim so quickly. Adam Duncan came out after the majority of the work was done to do a quality inspection. He also was at my house 15 minutes after the tree guys left to put a tarp over my damaged spots so water wouldn't leak into the house as it rained a few hours later. Adam found a few things that could be done a little better with his inspection and did those things himself. He also personally finished up the remaining siding work that was damaged from the trees. Tabitha Teegarden was wonderful to work with. She kept me apprised of schedules and roofing colors and sent out the invoices. The whole team worked together well to help get the work done quickly and professionally, that includes Dave and Hunter Slone. We had our roof done by them a year ago, but actually had them out for a separate/different issue in 2020. Each time everyone we interacted with was nice and knowledgeable, and was willing to go up into our attic to investigate the source of the leak. (Not everyone we had out was willing to do that). We didn’t use them in 2020, and they didn’t try to sell us on something we didn’t necessarily need at the time (a total chimney rebuild- instead they recommended re-rerouting things going thru the chimney at the time to a b vent instead since the issues were so bad with the existing chimney). We ended up having to finance the total roof replacement a year later and they were flexible with us on it, and always kind and eager to make things work for us. Out of the quotes we got for the roof theirs was the second lowest, and a year later we’ve had no issues with it, in fact had someone out to clean our gutters and they commented on how great our roof work was! Totally worth it, and happy to recommend their work to others.

This is the first time I have used Deer Park Roofing for a repair. I was a little hesitant about finding a roofing company to work with because this project was not about getting a complete roof installed. I found them as a referral for a Velux skylight retailer/installer in our area from the company that manufactures Velux products. Everyone at Deer Park Roofing who helped on this job was wonderful! From our initial contact with Tabitha Teegarden and visit from Travis Gabbard, who conducted a thorough roof and skylight inspection, I was impressed about their knowledge, professional experience with the product, and positivity in getting this taken care of. Scheduling was very easy and Nate Cox, the project manager, saw to it that we were scheduled as soon as possible The crew members who did the actual work on the project were Dave and Hunter Stone. They were very experienced, worked diligently, pleasant to be around, and completed things in a relatively short period of time considering the intricacy of the job because we could not get the same size as our original skylight and had to re-configure the opening in the roof to fit the smaller one into the same space.
