I was very pleased with the service and professionalism that MadeWell provided. Chris was very knowledgeable and stayed on top of our project from start to finish. He stayed involved through the whole process and kept us in contact with the project manager. Our new chimney vent was on back order at the time of the installation of our new roof and when it finally came in he personally came back and installed it for us.MadeWell had enough manpower that they were able to install our new roof in one full day. I was impressed how clean they left our property when finished installing the new roof.I would highly recommend MadeWell to anybody in the market for a new roof.

6 months. It took six months of dealing with insurance that MadeWell worked through to do what they said would happen on day one. I was ready to throw in the towel more than once and they persevered. Chris was SUPER responsive to my texts and calls throughout the entire situation. Once we made the call to have the roof replaced it was done in a day including cleanup. Holy crap, it was a mess and they cleaned up super well. We added gutters and gutter guards. The price was good and the results were better! I haven't left a review for anything in years until this one. Chris and MadeWell worked super hard for us and earned my money and positive review.

We had Madewell Restoration complete the siding on our house after it was destroyed by a fire. Chris Long was great to work with as the overall job manager. He guided us through the process and setup the work crew. They completed the work in a quality manner. This company has some great workers, very polite and they do quality work. They also cleaned up the entire work site and even ran a magnet to pickup any staples or nails. Thank you!

MadeWell Restoration was a fantastic partner working through my roof replacement. My rep Chris Long was Amy primary resource throughout the process, from initial roof inspection through final turnover of the warranty materials. My insurance Company was very difficult to work with; the process took over 7 months to complete! MadeWell diligently worked to answer the Insurance adjuster’s questions by performing additional inspections and testing on my roof shingles and proving a repair was not a viable option.The MadeWell team managed the bulk of the back and forth with the insurance company. Molly provided me weekly updates and always connected with me if I had to directly engage in the process. Chris always answered my calls when I had questions or was getting frustrated and provided his assurances that the MadeWell team would “get this done”. In the end they delivered beyond my expectations. My roof is stunning and although it took many months MadeWell managed the vast majority of the process. I cannot recommend them more highly!

Cannot say enough great things about this company! We recently hired MadeWell to replace the siding on our early 1900's home. To say the least, it was a large project. Joe and Thomas answered every question we had and guided us through the process from beginning to end. Their customer service is top notch. We were always up to date on the status of our project and never felt out of the loop or forgotten. The crew were very professional, responsive, and tidy. The siding turned out beautiful, we have neighbors stopping and complimenting on how well the project turned out. I cannot recommend Madewell enough. Chris was great throughout the entire process of doing an initial inspection, meeting with the insurance adjuster, and answering questions I had throughout. I couldn’t give them 100 stars but if I could I would! This company take’s customer service to the next level. John came to our home on a whim, helped us through every step, and ensured our roof was replaced on time! We were on vacation and they were able to complete the roof in a day, coming home to that was amazing and it looks gorgeous, all our neighbors have complimented it since we got home. MadeWell Restoration helped me with the impossible. My roof suffered wind damage on a few slopes and my insurance company did not want to fix the problem correctly. Because my roof shingle was discontinued & also impossible to replace without damaging other slopes, I was about to be stuck buying an entire roof out of my own pocket. As soon as I got a hold of Matt, he provided me with a team of individuals who helped me navigate through my claim in order to get my insurance company to do the right thing. After it was all said and done I was approved for a full replacement and they did an amazing job.

MadeWell Restoration was in the neighborhood and I was in need of having a roof inspection done. I saw the rep and asked if I could have their phone number to make an appointment. The rep, Chris long, told me he had some time yet and stated he could do the inspection right then. He proceeded with the inspection and once completed assisted me in calling my insurance company and start a claim based on what was found. Chris Long was excellent with his help and professional approach in working with me and the insurance company. Ive been in the construction industry as a professional buisness leader. Since moving into our home we've had our fair share or Solar,cable roofing companies,etc. Taylor C. was the first person to knock on my door and offer comfort and education on my options as a homeowner with a roof in poor shape. Taylor let me know he would take care of everything and he did. Without hesitation.The installation team was above and beyond in taking care of my property while on location. Not only were they all so polite and respectful of my children and dogs that inadvertently got in their way on multiple occasions. John Humbert inspected my roof. I found a shingle in my yard and therfore thought it was mine and needed replaced. It would have been easy to convince me to buy a new roof but lucky for me John is an honest guy. Matt and his team responded to my inquiry about roof and gutter damage from previous wind storms immediately.
