I had some wind damage from the storms back in July. I contacted one company who was highly rated. Waited 2 weeks for them to show up only to get canceled and never rescheduled. I contacted Jacob's Ladder the same day and they had someone out in less than a week. They along with State Farm helped me though this whole process and made it extremely easy. Everyone from the people over the phone to the people who did the work were professional and fantastic. Everything was easy and fairly quick all things considered.

From start to finish, every contact with this company was extremely professional and pleasant. They were replacing a roof next door to us and I inquired about doing some repairs. After inspecting our roof, they recommended filing an insurance claim for a full replacement. The owner of the company worked closely with us and went above and beyond when our claim was initially denied. The work crew was prompt, courteous and efficient.
