Alex and the rest of the Roofcred company were extremely helpful with handling my insurance with storm damage twice last year. Not only was their workmanship absolutely top notch but their courteousness, promptness, knowledge and kindness was out of this world. Contacting these guys was the best decision I have made in a very long time. They did such a great job, and their professionalism is off the chart. They worked directly with Farm Bureau and made the process so easy for me. They finished my roof in two days no less. I have a very large house and thought it would take at least 3 or 4 days to complete. They were in and out and had everything cleaned up and done in TWO DAYS. After they finished my house sent them to my sister in law, and my best friends to take care of their roof damage. They were both as pleased with their work as I was. We had a storm that destroyed the external of our home in June 2023. Quotes and estimate was immediate and work was done with no delay. My experience with this company, Roofcred, was everything I hoped it to be. They did an excellent job from the hail damage we had last April. A few weeks ago, ll saw them doing repairs on .a house on my street and stopped and spoke with them about my home. I felt they were the guys I needed for the job just by speaking with them a few minutes.Alex and Roman are good Christian men and they listen to all your concerns. They are very reputable and show up when they tell you they will and do exactly what they promised.. I highly recommend them to everyone that needs repairs done. After initial call Alex was able to come look at my roof and give me an estimate the same day. He gave me an estimate for repairs of my old roof or to replace my roof. He really was concerned with my the issues I was having. I chose to replace the old roof. And they scheduled to do this work in about two weeks. But they were able to start sooner than that. Anyway the work was completed and I was very satisfied with everything. I would trust these two brothers Roman and Alex for any roof work you may need. I’m just not saying that they did go the extra mile. I never write reviews, but in this case they are very deserving of a A+, five star rating.Service: Roof installation

Roofcred replaced an improperly installed roof by another on my 3,800 square foot home with high quality materials. I had alot of options to choose from. They replaced the rotted wood around the dormers and reinstalled the siding no extra charge. They installed proper roofing vents and reinforced them with plastic so no rotting will occur around them. In June 2023 we experienced a devastating windstorm. Unsure of what to even do in the aftermath, RoofCred showed up at our front door the day after the storm. Alex explained how their services would involve RC working hand-in-hand with our insurance company, saving us all of the headaches! I was completely blown away by how responsive RC was to every one of our requests. Alex was 100% dependable. We quickly had all of our repairs done while many others in our neighborhood still hadn't even heard back from their contractors. Everything they put through with the insurance company was approved because it was documented correctly in words and pictures. Alex was very responsive to our insurance company answering any questions KFB had about the repairs. The removal and installation of our new materials went extremely quickly. We ended up with upgraded materials instead of the builders grade materials that were initially on the house. And it wasn't just us that RoofCred was helping, they were helping the majority of homes in our neighborhood and they still manage to be 100% accountable and available. We really can't say enough about this fantastic company, and especially Alex. He held our hand through the entire process and made sure we were 100% satisfied with everything.

We ended up working with them after a straightline winds and hail storm. The original contractor we were going to work with told us 3 or 4 months. We had so many more storms coming and we needed a new roof and new siding, gutters, downspouts, etc. Waiting that long when we did not have to felt crummy. Roofcred had it all wrapped up within a few weeks. They were incredibly sensitive to my work schedule. I work from home on Zooms all day and have 2 dogs, so I could not have them bark if I was working. They were quiet as a mouse if they stopped by for measurements. They were ultra sensitive to windows they could deliver materials. They worked with my schedule to get the work done and did everything in about 2.5 days total. Great experience. Id recommend them or work with them again.

We had a bad hail storm in 2023, i called 4 other companies simply for a quote and no one reached out unless i went with them with a contract. I saw roofcred in the neighborhood, gave them a call. Within 1 day, (owner-alex) was able to show up, give me a quote within few hours, and provided repairs within a week! Quality was far better than our original build. If roofcred was to build custom homes, i would be living in one of theirs right now! Honset, professional, quality worksmanship and communication at its best. Highly reccomand them!!

Would more than highly recommend Roofcred. They exceeded our expectations. We've been looking for a roofer for over 6 months. Contacted several who either never showed up as planned or some never responded. When I found Roofcred on Google and read their excellent reviews, I contacted them and was totally impressed. Hands down Alex is the best contractor I've ever hired. I am a former contractor so I know it's a big decision and there are a lot of sketchy characters out there. My kids and clients would say I am a picky perfectionist. I live in South Carolina and my 21 year old son's house is in Lexington, KY. He is a 1st time homeowner so I needed someone I could trust.
