If I could give zero stars I would!! Sketchy, slimy liars at best.The salesman are fast talkers and everything is so pushed until it was time to have the roof installed. These people took advantage of my elderly mother, told her they would cover any out of pocket costs and she wouldn't have to pay anymore than the initial agreed upon amount. They ordered an extra pallet of shingles then attempted to take it when they left. Even went as bold to say the house would need decking to be replaced even if it didn't to cover all of her out of pocket. My mother trusted him. This company not only lied they didn't finish the whole roof. Shame on you Best Choice for frauding an elderly woman charging her $23,000. These people took advantage of my elderly mother, told her they would cover any out of pocket costs and she wouldn't have to pay anymore than the insurance paid out. They knew how to work the insurance adjuster to put extra shingles and said they would say the back half of the house would need decking to be replaced even if it didn't to cover all of her out of pocket. My mother trusted Tyler because my father just passed away. This company not only lied they didn't finish the whole roof. Shame on you Best Choice for frauding an elderly grieving widow. I will be contacting the Attorney General, the BBB. We refused to pay because it is not completed and what was completed was crappie so they are trying to put a lien against her property. We are ready for a fight. We have the salesman on recording saying everything he was going to do and how he would work the insurance company to commit fraud and my mom saying I don't want you to lie to anyone. BEWARE!! STEER CLEAR

Best Choice Roofing knocked on my door one day and saw I had damage on my roof. I was very skeptical of them at first but they showed me what they do and explained that they were there to help me. We went through the process with the insurance and got my roof fully bought for just the price of my deductible. It helped me so much in a time of financial hardship. I really needed a roof and they came into my life at the perfect time and took amazing care of me. Thank you BCR!!

Best choice doesn't say it enough. Had the best experience. Super informative and very friendly and efficient staff! They walk you through the entire process and felt I was left to do so little myself. Felt in great hands for sure! If you're lucky enough to get Marshall as your rep, you're in for a real treat! He is so friendly, knowledgeable, answers all questions in a more than timely manner and made this whole experience easy as could be. Thank you to the crew as well who worked so hard and immaculately cleaned up afterwards. A special shout out to Aubrey, James, Matt and Colton for being great too!

Roofer’s did an incredible job, my sales rep was outstanding as well. I’d highly recommend BCR for the job. I was offered an free inspection and turned out to be me getting my roof replaced for the price of my deductible!

I had inherited my home after my father passed away, the roof had been leaking since I got it I had no idea where to even start. I was watching tv when I got the knock on my door from best choice roofing, at first I was skeptical at first but they walked me through the beginning after that I didn’t have to do anything at all. It was amazing I can not recommend them enough to everyone and anyone. They helped me pick a color that makes my house pop and it only took one day to get it all on, they have been amazing and they changed my life for the better thank you all so much!!!!!!

This roofing company is terrible. They took a long time on my roof basically paid them $7300 and it’s been over four months still hasn’t been done

Contact with the company is sketchy. In a big hurry to "sell" you a new roof but getting answers about timely install, billing, etc is very difficult. Contacting the main office just gets you transferred to other offices who having little to no knowledge of the work that was done. Local phone number NEVER gets answered. Only contact I have relayed that he is only the salesman and I need to contact the sales manager. I would think twice before using them.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation
