One of my windows lost its seal, so I called Window World and made an appointment. The sales rep arrived at the set time, and was very knowledgeable about their products. He explained everything I needed to know. He also gave me a recommendation for someone to do some other work I needed to have done. That turned out very well. When the window arrived, the workers installed it efficiently and well. I would call Window World again if I needed window work.

We got all new windows a couple of years ago from Window World. The windows themselves seem to be fine (Don't waste your money on the 3 pane. They work no better than the double pain). I did expect to see a small reduction in my electric bill that didn't happen but figured maybe we didn't need the windows as bad as I thought. I now know the real reason why. The installers did an absolutely horrible job! I'm currently have new siding put on my house and just had my contractor call me out to see what Window World did, actually didn't do, during the installation. The windows were put into place but they did absolutely NOTHING to seal them. There are huge gaps between the windows and the framing itself. No caulking, no insulation, no anything. Just some J Channel around the window to hide the huge gaps. Now I paid Window World to install windows and am now having to pay my siding contractor to properly seal the windows. If you still decide to use this company, I highly recommend you supervisor the installers work and make sure they are doing it properly. I think a complaint to the BBB is next since I am now having to double pay for the work that should have originally been completed by Window World but wasn't . This level of service is completely unacceptable. I'd say you get what you pay for but we did pay around 8K already.

All of the employees we met from Window World were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient at their perspective jobs. All 13 windows were installed in one day and they look amazing. Absolutely nothing to clean up afterwards and they hauled off our old windows. Thank you, great job!

Buyer beware! Do not make the mistake and believe the commercials and advertisements are an actual representation of this company. To anyone considering this pitifully ran company for anything at all, know that they contract ALL work out to individuals who may or may not know what they are doing bc they get the cheapest people they can find. Not only that, the crews they do use aren't even local! Worst yet any and all the issues you have with any of the projects, no one at at window world will help aside from passing the buck by giving you the contractors phone number and "figure it out" with them. Not sure what the point of even paying Window World actually was if I have to do all the leg work to get all the problems resolved. Also found out the hard way, you do in fact have to make payments on the project, DESPITE being told by my salesmen that I don't pay until the job is done. IF the Window World staff answers the phone, they are almost always rude or the person your trying to reach is "unavailable". Several times I was supposedly transfered to a call center so no one got my message to call me back. The salesmen are persuasive but I assure you, once you sign the contract, they don't care anymore. They move on to the next victim. After the windows were installed, with one having a large noticeable scratch in the glass and nearly all windows never got any caulk on the seems, nobody cared enough to even show us how they open up to clean them with the different latches (which the installers were sloppy to say the least). The siding crew somehow managed to trip the circuit breaker to the air conditioning on a record high 97 degree day with lord only knows that heat index was that day, on a Friday, and never said a word. I only found out after working all day and coming home to find the inside of my home to be at 92 degrees! Siding crew were 2 pieces shy of their version of "completion" and had to wait 2 MORE months to get that ordered. One piece of siding actually blew off the house in-between waiting. After that was installed, found a spot of under pining they just skipped over for some reason. I am currently still waiting on a tiny piece to be installed bc the guys didn't have the J channel supposedly. The gutters guys put new ones on the house how they thought would be nice. Had a few issues with the placement or the downspouts, but when I talked to the salesmen (who bragged on more than one occasion about having worked in the constriction/ contractor business), project manager at Window World, the Gutter contractor scheduler and the 2 men who actually showed up ALL EACH told me they didn't know what else to do, that it couldnt be avoided or fixed properly. Yes, I had to brainstorm with the people who do gutters FOR A LIVING how to solve the placement problems! At one point the gutters guys had put a piece of sheet metal as a funnel between 2 shingles to "help drain the water to a gutter". Also currently still waiting for these issues to be fixed by them. Sure hope my A/C unit hasn't been damaged.

Widow World pricing and product quality/warranty are all top notch. The person who came out to quote was wonderful and the crew who handled the installation was great. The crew that came for the second i stall were hispanic. I only mention this because they didn't speak any English and I don't speak any Spanish so there was a bit of a communication barrier. We worked through it and they did great work. Unfortunately the individuals in the office of Window World are not easy to work with. They continually called my husband. They never left a voicemail and he didn't recognise the number. He would search the number when able and let me know they had called. My husband does not have access to his phone during working hours. They were told this numerous times and still refused to call me instead of him. This was extra frustrating especially considering I was the one who requested the consult and placed the order with them. He never once spoke to them. I don't know where the disconnect was on their end but it was ridiculous.

Our sales person showed up on time, was pleasant, not salesy, and had a good answer for everything I thought might be a problem.I could have paid cash but 18 payments with no interest was a no brainer.I got my windows instock quicker than promised ( sweet surprise)and the work crew showed up on time to do the installation. They offered to cover their shoes while in the house and were very friendly and professional. The install was quick and painless with no mess at all. Was only one guy that came too stall out sliding patio door. He was great. Fast and very professional. Window world came to the house and gave me a price. Door was high, but very good quality and so much more efficient than we had. He cleaned up and took old door with him. Wouldn’t have even known he was at the house. They was way to high for windows. Bought them cheaper at lowes with same quality and had them installed. But the door was great and they came a second time to make sure measurements was correct before they ordered the custom cut door. Had to call them to get it scheduled but overall I’m satisfied.Service: Sliding glass door installation & replacement

Over priced custom doors. They do not fit the frame right. Contractors broke my new screen door that was not purchased from their company and I was told rudely that they would not replace it. I paid $486 for that screen door. I have several holes drilled in my sliding door because the contractors made several mistakes. Was told that plugs matching the paint would be sent. That didn’t happen. Good luck getting answers or having work corrected. They do not return phone calls and will give you the run around if they do answer it. This is my opinion. He has been on time, knowledgable, quick to respond to questions and encouraging as our small church undertakes, what for us, is an expensive project. I have already recommended Jeremy to others. I had an estimated install date for 2 months. It ended up taking over 10 months to get my windows. They never called me to give me any updates about what was going on. I had to constantly call them, and they would tell me "they would call back" and I would never hear from them. No apology, no discount, even though this cost me money on having to wait to move in. I would of gave 1 star, but I like the local salesmen and the windows are decent. But, putting money down on something and then getting ignored for almost a year is unacceptable.Even a poor apology on this review. "until we receive the product and it’s not broken it’s impossible to call customers" Really!? You can't see that you have someone that has been waiting months? I don't think you really do understand the frustration. A simple apology would've of been better, or maybe an easy phone call to say "hey, we didn't forget about you, the factory is behind"Service: Window installation

I could not be more ecstatic about my window experience with Window World. I was a little nervous going in having a 105 year old Masonry Home and imagining every potential issue. The Rep explained my options well and helped me with my decisions. The windows were measured and ordered. I did have just under a 3 month wait, but with Covid everything seems to take longer. The crew just installed 11 windows today. So impressed! The crew worked quickly and in about 3 hours had all windows installed, work-site packed and area cleaned. They look amazing and I'm looking forward to seeing what savings I'll have with my new energy efficient windows. Forgot to mention, I live on a busy road and oh how they quiet that road noise! We ordered a large window last summer. It took a 4 months or so to come in which they attributed to COVID. I understand that. But then after the window arrived at their facility they did not schedule us for some time after that citing some of their workers were injured. And we had to call several times prior to being scheduled. Poor communication is an understatement. Installation day finally came and AFTER they finished, they disclosed the window was broken. I was expected to pay them for installing the broken window which I did. And then they told me it would be 8 weeks until the replacement glass would arrive. 8 weeks later I never heard back. I had to call and they told me it is in but they are behind because of a snow storm. I’m beyond frustrated because if they had asked me I would have kept my old window that was not broken until the new glass came in so that I did not have a giant broken window on the front of my house. And now it feels like they are prioritizing other consumers new installations before they fix one that they did not complete properly. I reached out to the person who sold us the window but never got a response. I have complained to the people that answer the phone there. Overall I have received a lack of sympathy and no solutions. I would not recommend using this company for window installation. We still have a broken window.A solution would be to schedule my new glass installation as soon as possible. I was told yesterday that I would be called in a few weeks. In my opinion my broken window that was installed should be a priority given I have already paid and the job is incomplete from last year.Yes, my order is under a different last name. I was very happy with the end result. The installers were fantastic, and the girls in their office were always very nice and professional when I speak with them. However, I can’t give a 5th star because they had a lack of communication regarding delays in the installation timeline during the manufacturing process that was frustrating at times.
