Roof looks ok but completely nailed improperly and won’t hold up under wind specifications by manufacturer. They don’t care. Just looking for money. Very poor quality work after having roof inspection by two other contractors and insurance adjuster. Would not recommend them for roofing a dog house. So sad because I trusted them and got ripped off.Services: Gutter installation, Roof repair, Attic venting installation

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they have done for me- on several occasions, in fact. The process is so easy that I personally know a number of cavemen who use Castle’s Roofies on a regular basis.I would gladly recommend them to anyone at anytime they find themselves in need of any roofie-ing service(s); be that for themselves or for someone else.If you need someone roofied- these guys know HOW to get the job done RIGHT- the FIRST TIME- and WITHOUT all the drama of getting the police involved. Discretion is important in these matters and these guys are consummate professionals. You can rest assured that someone roofied by Castle’s is gonna STAY ROOFIED too!Be sure to ask about their “frequent customer” discounts!

After doing a job for me and I paid them (Castle's) on completion, ($2,500) of the job. Next time it rained, the roof still leaked. I gave them several chances to come fix the problem when the roof leaked again. After about 10 to 12 tries, I finally told them they had one more chance and if they didn't stop the leak, I would call my attorney. Well, next time the rain came, the roof leaked. I told them not to come back again. At that time I called an attorney, George Wells, to see if he could represent me in trying to get my money back for the unsatisfactory job. He said he would, but I had to pay him $750 up front, plus expenses when job was completed. I paid him what he asked plus expenses (over $9,500). You guessed it....he did nothing except file a couple things with the court. Then he conveniently quit because of "illness", and I was unable to afford another attorney. Long story short, I have quit trying to recover my loss as it is affecting my health. JUST WANT TO LET ANYONE WHO READS THIS KNOW NOT TO HIRE ATTORNEY GEORGE WELLS or roofing company, CASTLE'S ROOFING (Paintsville, Ky.) RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!! I did get the job done by two young men who were not roofers....just trustworthy men who did what needed to be done in the first place.
