Do not use these people. Got insulation done and it’s falling apart and not adhering like it was supposed to also left tons of gaps and won’t answer phones calls. SAVE UR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Read older reviews too other had the same issue

I had wilserve install shelves on my new construction home in January 24 2014. Coincidentally, last month many of the shelves began to pull away from the wall because my family and I were overloading the shelves. As a result, I contacted them and explained the circumstance and they responded quickly! With in 2 days Chad personally came to my home prepared to resolve my shelving issues. He spent the entire day repairing all of my shelves and making sure that they could handle all of my families clothing. He did a great job. He responded quickly and in a timely manner without any nonsense!. My son, daughter & wife were so happy that Chad came out and fixed everything! Thank you Sir for taking the time. You guys really stand behind your product. Most companies wouldn't have behaved the way you did. You went above and beyond. Thank you again. Wilserve is lucky to have you as an employee.

Hired them to have closed cell spray foam applied in a crawlspace of my home and if you are considering Wilserv please DO NOT DO IT! Long story short I'm facing repair bills of 10X what their work was contracted for because of their extreme lack of quality in both product and application. I've tried to contact them multiple times before this and they have been unwilling to cooperate and now just wont respond. It's better to do nothing than allow them to work on your house.

So, this is the second time I have used Wilserv for home insulation needs; the first time they sprayed my split level renovation and did an amazing job. It's incredible how efficient the foam is, my electric bill remains really low even with the addition. They are professional, do a good job and the price is very reasonable. Everyone that you deal with (estimator, office staff and technicians) are all nice and easy to work with. With that, I felt really confident working with the estimator (Ellie) on both jobs, she knew exactly the right product for each job. Right now, they are working on a finished shed and so far it looks really good. The workers (Jerry/Ryan) have made a somewhat complex job look easy. Thanks Wilserv, I will definitely look to you guys again and recommend also for any more insulation work.

Wilserve had excellent service and pricing. Ellie surveyed the entire attic, even the difficult to reach part, for an accurate estimate. Kenny and Cliff came out and removed the old insulation, leaving everything neat and clean. Bruce and Justin came a few days later and did a great job spray foaming the attic. They handled the entire process efficiently, did high quality work, and were courteous. Definitely rec'd them and would go with them again.

Kenny Kellett and Cliff Mitchell came to my house this morning and removed bat insulation and chicken wire from under my house. It was an awful job, and they did it perfectly! My husband and I are both very impressed with their work. They were very nice and had a great attitude! They leave us with a very favorable impression of the Wilserv company. Dennis and Devin were the installers for the closed cell foam insulation that we had applied to the flooring under our living areas. They were prompt, worked diligently and did everything that they said they would do. Would utilize them again with no hesitation. Roy also stopped by during the installation to ensure that we had no questions or issues. Very good service from all.

The team is very knowledgeable and offered several insulation options.Scheduling was a little of a challenge, but we were finally able to work it out. They very generously insulated our roof in less than an hour. Within one hour, I noticed an immediate difference in the comfort level of our apartment.

We just bought a new house and had Wilserv spray foam the attic. This is the second house they have sprayed for us. The difference it has made upstairs (at both houses) is astounding. The AC doesn't work near as hard and the temperature drops much quicker when you lower the thermostat. Dennis, Ralph, and Ray came out this recent time to do the foam. They were friendly, professional, careful about the carpet upstairs, and happily explained the process to me. I recommend Wilserv to anyone looking to save on energy bills and to help cool the house in the summer (and keep warm in the winter).

Kenny K. and Cliff M (Removal Crew) came to the house today (07/16/18) and cleaned all of the old insulation out of the attic. They were both very friendly and professional. Thanks for doing all of the dirty work up there guys!**UPDATE**And now today (07/17/18) ... We had Dennis - Brett and Gage come to the house to spray the Foam Insulation. What a great bunch of guys. Again, friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.House feels great. A/C doesn't seem to run as much but house is nice and cool!Thanks for all your help!

Our house is a double converted into a single. There was an addition added onto the very back of the house with a subfloor. The rest of the house had original floors with nothing underneath. Our furnace and a/c runs and runs and runs in the New Orleans weather. We made the decision to shop around for insulation under the house after our son was born. His room particularly had large gaps between the wood planks where the air seeped in.We spoke with Kody who was quick in scheduling and prompt when he arrived for the energy inspection. He walked all around the house, went into the attic and looked under the house. He followed all COVID safety precautions every time we saw him. We had a quote within three days and an install date within a week. Some scheduling conflicts came up with the holidays but even with the reschedule, everything worked out well.His guys came out and although it was only supposed to take an hour or so, the guys ran into some issues with the foam sticking to the underside of the house due to the cold weather. They spent most of the day here but we could instantly feel the house warming up with the gaps being filled by the foam.Our furnace doesn’t run all day and we have even been able to turn it off and maintain a uniform temperature in the house.Wilserv, Kody and the install guys did an excellent job on insulating our house!!

I would definitely recommend Wilserv my house is a lot cooler since adding attic foam insulation. Brett and Corey were very professional they explained in detail what needed to be done. Those guys​ worked really well together they answered all my questions for future insulation projects. Definitely delivered quality work.

Wilserv sprayed our home with foam insulation around two years ago. Their employees were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.Having had the product in for a couple years now, I can safely say that there has been a noticeable drop in energy costs. I firmly believe in the product and will definitely use them again in my next house!

Had called and left a message asking for an estimate on insulation installation, but after a few days did not get a response. I tried again and was informed they were having problems with the message system. They were able to accommodate me with same day service! I was thrilled.I recommend calling back if you get the answering system. They turned a negative into a positive for me 👍

Brett and Bruce from WILSERV just completed the installation of spray foam insulation in the attic of my 80-year old house; they were professional, hard-working, courteous, and efficient. Got the job done and cleaned up the work-site, all in a period of about 2 1/2 hours — it already feels cooler in the house! Brett and Bruce were great, as are all the folks at this company - great office staff, terrific estimators, wonderful installers, and GREAT prices! If you need attic insulation, call WILSERV - you will be glad you did!

We were in need of having new insulation put in our attic. So we were directed to contact Wilserv for a quote from our A/C guy. We called Wilserv and they were out within a few days to provide a quote. Once we met with the representative, we knew we would not go wrong with this company. Within a week, we had guys out to blow the new insulation into the attic. The crew consisted of Jerry and Dareon and man were they efficient. We were the first stop of the day and they called us about an hour before they were to show up. We showed them the access doors to the garage and they did the rest. All in all, it took about an hour to an hour and a half for Jerry and Dareon to complete the job. They gave us instructions on how long to wait till we put the decking back down and were on their way. We really appreciate all they did and would recommend them to anyone in need of insulation work.

So after talking to multiple companies and a lot of research I ended up using Wilserve for the insulation of my attic roof. Chad Mcevoy came out and answered all my questions and was super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable choosing them. Dennis, Corey and Gage came out to spray my house and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. They showed up and went right to work. I don't think they even took a break for 5-6 hours working in that hot southern summer attic. Super nice guys and took great care covering up all my stuff and cleaning up after all the work was done. Only regret I have is not doing it sooner. Pleasure doing business with this team.--David Stapp

Very poor service! I needed my insulation installed in a one week time frame ( which was stated by the owner), so that I can continue with the other subcontractors’’ Schedule of jobs, ie; drywall, flooring and painting .I’m two weeks into their INCOMPLETE job, and have 4 different crews at my house. I sat and watched One crew of two young boys did nothing but hang 2 pieces of insulation and took 3 smoke breaks in a 90 minute time frame, played on their phones, and complained about everything. When someone of any experience showed up to do the blowing of insulation, it was on top of some planked flooring in the attic so now that has be re-done by my my contractor. Horrible customer experience!!There was trash and debris left behind,This organization is very unprofessional and unorganized!

Wilson Insulation came to insulate my home and the crew was incredible. Howard and his helper where courteous and polite to my wife. She braggged how careful and thorough the guys were as the added insulation to my home. Howard told her what he was doing as he added the insulation in the different locations of my attic. once they completed work they cleaned up and the home was spotless from debris.My home was brought up to a R-38. The spray foam on the exterior walls and attic was done quickly and professionally. I had concerns about the sound deadening material used in the bedroom walls, but Jerry and Greg came back the next day and took care of everything. Now i am impressed with the total job.

Kenny Kellett and Cliff Mitchell are two of Wilserv's hardest working employees. Even though it was the end of a very hot day they finished my job that I had been wanting done since the first of June when the AC repairman said I had the hottest spray foam attic he had ever been in. Hopefully the removal of the loose insulation under the eaves will give me the cooler house I thought I was getting when the spray foam was originally done.

We bought a house with a second floor that has a walkout access to part of the attic. The room next to the attic would stay around 85-90degrees- with several fans running, a/c blasting, weather proofing the door and adding insulation to the whole attic. Jerry Balentine from WilServ came out and took a look. Discussed ventless a/c or whole attic open foam spray insulation. We opted for the spray insulation. The room now stays at 72-73 degrees- a/c set at 72- even when the heat index has been over 106! The a/c doesn’t have to run non stop and the room is actually usable now!! Thank you so much!!

Wilserv has completed several insulation projects for me. Fiberglass batts, sprayfoam, and cellulose. I'm a contractor with my own insulation equipment. With their ability to buy down material costs through volume purchasing, they can provide material, labor and insurance at a similar price point as material alone would cost me.It is actually cheaper and I get a better job letting them do my insulation than me doing insulation in-house.They let you know when they are coming and stay until the job is finished. When they are done the job site is clean.Let the pros mess with that itchy stuff in your 110° attic while you sip iced tea in the air conditioning.

Very bad experience. Had a sales rep come out to give me a quote. Never even looked in attic, just took square footage measurements. Someone called a few days later to schedule an appt for 4 weeks later. Two days before appt, a woman calls and says, we need to schedule appt. Very unorganized company. After complaining, they kept my original appt. upon arriving to site, two man crew got into attic and said they couldn't do the job, because they need a crew to remove previous insulation. Missed a day of work and would have to take two more to get job completed. STAY AWAY
