The Houston based group led by Steven Kull, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. We had a pipe break and our home flooded. They came in on a weekend and had us ready for reconstruction within a week. They worked with our insurance and answered all our questions. I have worked for this company out of Houston at the Talley construction office in Houston as a project manager for water damage restoration for 4 months from January to April and the company fired every one due to lack of ownership and fired every one at multiple locations with out paying employees there guaranteedwages. I do not recommend using any company they are invested in with the owners robertson energy group.

I managed to flood my house and my Insurance carrier recommended Continuum Restoration in Lafayette La. They showed up within 30 minutes and began the process of removing carpet and other damages. The installed dehumidifiers and fans. This was at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I was amazed at their professionalism and response.The demo, the packing up and unpacking was superb. I just can't brag enough on how impressed my wife and I were from this team.I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I can not say enough good about this company! They were there within hours, always professional, and communication was amazing throughout the process. They removed damage, treated for mold, and tested for moisture and were very neat and clean so that the rest of my home wasn’t a total disaster. Continuum is hands down the best remediation company in the business! They were on top of our leak as soon as we realized it was coming from our wall. They made sure of the source of the leak and ensured that it stopped. They had dehumidifiers and air scrubbers in our utility room ASAP. They worked up the report for our insurance and ensured us they would work with them to communicate the right information. They performed the demolition quickly and contained the area so no spores would get into our air. They even dumped the demolition through a window so it was not tracked through the house. They even wiped footprints on their way out. Fast, professional and very knowledgeable!! ‼️‼️‼️DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Hired this company in November 2020 to dry out our house. They over dried our house by 3 days and refuse to pay an of the damages they’ve caused (screws coming out of the sheet rock, cracks in ceilings and walls). I have been fighting with them since November 2020 to file a claim with their insurance and pay for all the additional damages they’ve caused and they still refuse to make it right!Services: Mold inspection, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I accidentally flooded a decent portion of my downstairs. I called Continuum. Tony was over lickety split with vacuums and drying equipment - got the job done quick and right. He also advised me on how to dry certain personal items that had gotten wet.Overall a very professional operation - made a positive experience out of what could have been a disaster, and saved me a lot of money and heartache.

The crew that responded to my call when I had a flood in my home a month ago was so prompt, professional, and kind I can tell you that they were at my home within 20 minutes of my call n that was on the day we had 4 inches of rain. For starters they dont really care about their employees. For example I was a former employee, and before I went on leave to have my child (which they knew about before moving 700 miles to come work for them) I was guaranteed my job with 2 weeks off for the birth of my child and the day after she was born I got a call saying they closed the doors in Alabama and everyone was out of a job with no heads up. It’s a company that’s ran by people that have no idea what they are doing when it comes to midagation work, they couldn’t even buy us the correct equipment to get the job done.
