These people are very knowledgeable and helpful with RV products. They are courteous as well. My thoughts are regarding the Sulphur LA store on Ruth Street. Have had little success with the Lake Charles LA store. Store allows no access to products and employees have very little knowledge of the products they sell.

I was surprised by how much they were able to provide for my to-do list of RV repairs. The best part was all the assistance they gave me. Not only were they able to tell me how to handle difficult long term projects I've been working on, but Lynn even came out and helped install a roof vent that wasn't fitting right. I've never had such friendly and freely offered help anywhere! If I'm anywhere near this area again I will go out of my way to get my supplies from them..

I went in after having a very confusing try on the internet for an AC part for my camper. The staff here are super friendly and were extremely knowledgeable on what I needed. They knew just what I needed and had it in stock! The store is clean, bright and well organized. They will be getting all of my business for my campers needs.

I went there Monday morning to order a new bathtub faucet/shower combo. The young man there was rude, and clearly didn't want to be there. It was very obvious that I was bothering him, and for that reason, I won't be back. I left without ordering the faucet. Someone needs to know that the person representing the business is killing the business!

Purchase refrigerator 06/25/18. Never worked. Finally a serviceman came to disgnois the probllem & ordered the part. Checked on part , not ordered model # incorrect. Checked on the part last week. Was told working on it. Living out of an ice chest.
