Managers and some workers are always eyeballing me like I’m stealing and it’s really freaking me out because I have social anxiety. How am I supposed to pick out a hair cream when there’s a manager staring at me the entire time and doesn’t smile in return when I do? That same manager then stopped putting stuff on the shelf to go talk to another manager at entrance of self checkout conveniently at the same time I go to check out when there’s already a self checkout person there. This is just one instance, it happens every time I go there. I used to work at Walmart, I know what they’re doing and it makes me extremely uncomfortable because I don’t steal. It’s not even that I don’t agree with stealing because I do think the wealth distribution is messed up, I just don’t have the balls to do it. I’m just going to find somewhere else to shop if this continues.

Calais Walmart. If you want a miserable shopping experience, stop in! Walmart Radio's annoying presentations are bad enough, but when the volume is maxed out, it is pure hell! I mentioned it to some employees, and the advised thathe radio, along with heat and ac are controlled by corporate headquarters. And email has been sent, supposedly, but obviously Noone in headquarters read it, or even cares. Nearest WM is about 100miles away, but so ie Target. WM , get your act together. As one employee stated:"Try working here for 8 hours", re the radio volumn!!

I adore this store! This is my store of choice when I need pretty much anything. Full produce area and excellent grocery side. The other side is usually fully stocked with about anything you could ever want. Full clothing sections for everyone, and great shoe selections year round. The toy department keeps up really well with the curves too. All in all, never had a bad experience here!

Only place to really shop. Most of the employees are great. Few are ignorant. Also if I cash myself out because no one is at a register, you will not see my receipt or hold me in the store to look through my belongings. Also I want my w-2 at the end of the year for being a cashier at your establishment. K thanks. Byee

Needed to have tires balanced and rotated. All staff in the automotive department were friendly and efficient and had the job completed within the estimated hour.

I was followed around and it made me and my wife feel extremely uncomfortable especially because of the dirty looks it's absolutely the worst Walmart I've been to and the employees were always on there phones especially when I was asking for help one of the employees were like " I don't know as they kept texting on there phone" I'll never go there again

One of the cleanest Walmarts around. I believe there is over night RV parking and the surrounding landscape is beautiful and seemingly safe. 👍

Usually pretty clean. Lots of staff available for help and assistance. Some staff didn't know exactly what some products were when asking about products in their department. Good amount of handicap parking.

The quality is good, products are good, store is clean. With this being a (relatively) small Walmart, the selection of goods is a bit more limited than I have become accustomed to, but they do well with what they have. The customer service is pretty good in some parts of the store (electronics, for example), but not all departments. The managers in particular hardly acknowledge your existence most of the time. And some of the ones that do aren't always friendly. That doesn't bother me, though. I kind of like being left alone as a customer personally. But if you like having congenial interactions with the staff, you might not feel the same way. Overall, this is still a good store and a good option for the area (albeit the only one). Party of me wonders if they wouldn't try harder if they actually had competition in the area.

For starters this store is better stocked than other Walmarts, but that's only part of what makes it great! I had a wonderful experience with the managers. Was mislead by staff about a certain item being in stock. Said there were 10, not 4. I drove an hour for nothing. Was so mad and disappointed. When I spoke to a manager, she was absolutely helpful and understanding. The item is very hard to attain, and sells out within the hour when it comes to the store. But she saved it for me when it was in again 2 days later. She called me back, and I went right up. I will never forget this act of kindness!!

On Christmas Eve, my receipt was ripped, and I didn't have the TCL barcode on the bottom, which I needed for the electronic warrenty. The woman at the service desk was able to print me a receipt with the number I needed and literally saved my life.I've had some sketchy experiences at Walmart, but mostly due to customers vs. Employees. Each department is different, and merchandise is decently priced for our area. Although I do believe the employees should be paid time and a half for working holidays like Christmas Eve as a corporation, Walmart has enough money to pay their employees liveable wages and time and a half for working holidays.

The availability of products are usually good ; bit,there's been many times that the price displayed on shelving area,is not what rings up,and when brought to (CSM) SOME of the workers attention , you get sarcasm & 100% snottiness ! & The price displayed IS NOT honored, just an excuse is given ,which is the blaming of the person that's responsible for specific section of them , "Not doing their job ! " This has happened on more than 2-3 occasions! TBH, it's usually( in my experiences) the ladies that's been in that line of work for decades.

The place is BIG! But very nicely laid out and clean. Don't know if I hit it just right but it seemed there were a lot of sales/stock people on the floor and as my list was scattered all over the place it was very handy to get help. The downside I got a grill I thought was gas but when I got it home it is charchol and has to go back. It is an hour drive. They did not have but 2 floor models and a bunch of items.

Love self check out and how many there are in case it is busy. Staff is willing to help and if they can't answer your question they are good about finding someone that can. It's a great place to get anything from food to clothes and toys and your medications as well! Good variety of household items and arts and crafts too 😁

I returned home again to my house, which I had rented out for three years. My refrigerator was completely empty -- so I had to start filling it! I got $85 worth of food from Walmart in Calais. Was delighted to realize, in visiting this Supercenter for my first time back in three years, how extensive its grocery section is.

Very clean , clean bathrooms. I go here quite alot 2 workers can be quite rude at times. A few older ladies are very slow bagging items., one of them never says hi or anything it's like you're bothering her & putting her out when at her register. Overall most staff are very nice. The pharmacy, photo staff are nice too.wish they had a better variety of women's clothes & had bigger bra sizes they pretty much stop at size 38 D. Panties have gone down hill it's always hipsters or boyshorts, would like to see more silk (or polyester)ones .

Called Walmart to discuss paint that I purchased. The Gliden was of poor quality. After three coats it still didn't cover. I received someone and explained the problem, she said she would get me the manager after 20 rings I hung up called.. the cursity desk again it rand 14 times no answer . Very disapointed.
