This place is a hidden gem. I had to wait a bit as I was 3rd in line so I was getting worried as closing time was approaching. Stephanie took me in very close to 5. She was so patient with me and very knowledgeable about the entire process of switching carriers. She stayed about an hour late to make sure my phone was working before she let me leave. Not many places would go to this level and I truly appreciate the excellent service. Thank you Stephanie and Gene's, I truly appreciate what you did for me!

The service we received from Stephanie was second to none, can't forget to mention her smile. Within 30 minutes she activated a new phone for me and transferred all my apps to my new phone. She opened a new account for my wife and activated her phone. Highly recommend Gene's for all your electronic needs.

Gene’s helped us recently in our transition from Verizon to AT&T. They were extremely knowledgeable and got us a great deal and all new phones. When we got the phones and activated the phones, the service we received from the AT&T tower was 100 times better than we were receiving from Verizon. I want to thank the people at Gene’s Electronics the change from Direct tv to Dish was very smooth. The value for Dish was so much better than Direct tv I saved on my bill. The person that came to install Dish was very nice. I like to have a person in the area I can deal with Direct Tv was hard to get a hold of. They offer lots of services all under one roof. Dish TV, Verizon cell service, Redzone Wireless internet service... you name it. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great location great employee that help me with everything I needed I went into the store inquiring about internet and one of my camps up here in Maine and not only was he very helpful but also explained to me the difference between DSL and satellite internet and I had no idea what any of that meant until after and upon leaving I had a better understanding and now I'm a HughesNet customer for my business.
