I do a lot of business through my local Aubuchon. I called in the other day looking for a replacement line for my ice maker. I spoke with BJ he was very professional and knowledgeable. Knowing I wouldn't make it to the store before they closed he recommended using the online order and pick up. I was able to do so at another location that I was close to. Thank you for having associates who care about their customers needs.

Don't purchase propane here they will short change you. A 40# tank takes 8.4 gallons to fill they only put 8 gallons in and call it full. Then they charge you more for the almost full tank then a full tankI costs right down the street bet this amounts to a tidy some over the course of a year

Went to the Lincoln store to get propane, as I occasionally do. They refilled my tank and twisted the valve so tight that I'm unable to open it, even using a pipe wrench. This is the second time I've had an issue with this store and propane tanks. Last time, I exchanged my tank and they gave me a leaky tank, which I was unaware of and had it sitting near an open flame. Luckily it didn't explode and kill me. I was informed after the fact that the tank was leaky when I went to refill it, and had to yet again exchange it for another tank. How many times do I have to have an issue before somebody gets hurt by a propane tank from Lincoln Aubuchons?It's absolutely ridiculous and extremely dangerous. The next time I have an issue with a propane tank from this store, I'm lawyering up and filing a lawsuit! I suggest Aubuchons starts properly training their staff on propane and propane accessories. Hank Hill from Strickland Propane would never allow such negligence.

Went to purchase outdoor Burpy plants and all were dead and dry. Asked for a discount on a couple that were almost dead but might still have life but manager stated no due short staffing. No one can't tend to those.

Employees are lazy and rude . They act like they don't want to help customers cough cough RICHARD , they moan and roll their eyes when they have to help and god forbid go in right before close they will be nothing but RUDE....... I knew someone who worked there for a short time and quit because of favoritism and laziness of other staff members able to just stand around and make them do all the work , they also had a bunch of staff with covid and the manager (Karen) told all the staff not to tell anyone , they RISKED a lot of people by doing so . They lost my and my whole families business that's for sure ... DO BETTER!!!!

Far and away the best hardware store in the area. Reminds me of the old fashioned stores that dad used to take me to. People in Lincoln are blessed it's a town where you can get a wrench, a hair cut , a air filter for your ATV and still be home in time for super. God I love Maine.

Well….I went there with questions about concrete. They knew nothing. Then, I went for crushed stone…they didn’t even know what I was talking about…until I said “landscaping”…then they knew landscaping stone. No. It’s crushed rock or crushed stone. Where are they from? The employees looked depressed and hate their jobs….4th of July, they had no propane. Wow. Really? It is the most ridiculous change in vibe since our long time managers and asst. managers left. 30+ years of local service knowledge and hometown personality….gone. It’s a disgrace. I am switching to another local hardware store. Done with Aubuchon. Yuck.

Good old-fashioned hardware store, most generally always have what I need, handicap parking close to the building that is ground level making easier for a wheelchair to get in and out of the building
