Jonathan Allen and Above and Beyond Builders will rip you off. He will try to say you owe thousands more than you do, then stop showing up to the job. He was already months behind on the promised completion date. When I offered to pay him what he was gouging me for, he said no, he would put a lean on our property. He put a bathroom on the second floor of our camp and did not do any water-proofing. Now it is leaking through the ceiling and causing damage down stairs. This guy is a liar, scam artist, and possibly the worst human I have ever encountered. I am a retired Navy Veteran who served his country with honor. Please avoid doing business with this criminal.Services: Tile work installation, Install flooring, Waterproofing, Remodeling

Jon Allen, the owner of Above and Beyond Builders, stripped and reshingled our roof. He also replaced our basement stairs. We will hire him to do some tile work. He is dependable, very hard-working and extremely responsive. His work was completed properly and neatly. He was very good at cleaning up and disposing of all the debris. We highly recommend him.
