A few years ago we decided to have a shed built on our property. Mark Gordon was recommended to us and we were so glad we called! We loved the job that Mark and his crew did on the shed so much, we decided to have them build an addition onto our house! The whole process was flawless. From the design with the help of Jill Crosby, to the execution of the build, we knew we were in good hands. They were readily accessible for any questions we had and explained the process to us well. The crew was courteous and took pride in their work. We are so pleased with both jobs that Rangeley Building and Remodeling did for us. We will be calling them in the future for new remodeling plans!

From our first phone conversation we knew we had picked the right builder which was very important since everything was done via email and phone. We live in Pennsylvania, and started building over the winter. The design/build of our little lake cottage from drawings to the finished project was a wonderful experience. The daily progress pictures didn’t do justice to the craftsmanship and attention to design detail once we saw it firsthand. Mark, Jill and every member of your team, we can’t thank you enough for this lovely little lakeside retreat and the memories our family will be making here.

I've used Rangeley Building & Remodeling's services for 3 major renovations at my hotel, as well as for numerous smaller projects and annual repairs. It has always been a pleasure to work with Mark and his team. They are extremely professional, personable, and produce high quality work. Much of the work was conducted while my hotel was open, and they were very receptive to concerns about work hours and noise that might inconvenience my guests. My hotel is a historic property, and some of the work required creative approaches to solving an issue while preserving or reproducing historic details. Mark and his team worked closely with me on these kinds of details, to ensure the best possible outcome. Finally, if I encountered any issues with their work or their approach (which is bound to happen in large renovation projects), Mark was extremely receptive to feedback and stood behind his work. Our major projects were completed 2 years ago, but Mark is still very helpful with any questions or concerns that I might have.
