Remediation guys were great - I had 1 water leak and they ended up finding 2 older leaks which were missed entirely by the previous restoration company when it should've easily been found. This time, I called Royal Plus - Brandon and Anthony arrived on time each day and finished in a timely manner. The cleanup looks great. They both were excellent in communicating the issue(s) and very thorough with their work. I'd definitely recommend these guys for any water/flood cleanup. Thank you!

No estimates were provided to me for the mitigation service and pressured me to go along with their claim to get the insurance money without finishing the job as promised. They were suppose to come back to finish the work but they never did. They charged almost $4900 to my insurance without consulting with me but did not finish the work. The total labor time was not even more than 3 hours. No, I wont recommend them.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I had a water loss in my master bathroom and from the remedation to the restoration, everything went extremely smooth. The entire time the crew keep me informed and acted very professional the entire time. I would recommend this company for any water damage you might have.
