We just had our master bathroom remodeled by 7th State Builders and I cannot sing their praises enough. After doing a ton of research of remodelers in the area, I decided to go with 7th State Builders based on their great reviews and they did not disappoint. From the first interaction with Chase and Mike, we were very impressed by their professionalism and their ideas. I wasn’t sure exactly how we wanted to arrange everything in our bathroom, but I had a general idea of what I was looking to do. They were very receptive to my ideas and really made them happen.A few weeks later we started the remodel and they sent us Nelson and Elmer. Two great talented guys. Always timely, very nice, professional, great communication and awesome working around my toddler, dog and myself who were home most of the time. They always made sure to clean up everyday and made sure not to make a mess through our home. They came almost everyday for a few weeks and even asked if they could work on a few Saturdays, which I really appreciated. In the final weeks, we were sent Luis and his partner who were also amazing. He built me a custom vanity, which I love and turned out exactly how I imagined it! Zac, our project manager, did a wonderful job of coming by and checking out the progress and keeping me in the loop of what was going on also. If there was anything I was slightly not liking, they were eager and willing to fix it and they did and it turned out beautiful. They also recommend we use Ward Ceramics for our countertop. Small local business and great to work with as well as Economy Glass for our shower and mirrors. All around a great experience and I would definitely use them all again for any future projects. We contracted with 7th State Builders for the replacement of two hinged patio doors on our home. Nick was pleasant and efficient with working up an estimate for our job. I asked that he just give me his best price up front which he did for us. We agreed to the terms and were connected with Mike to go over the project and coordinate the work. We decided to make a few changes to include the purchase of the doors themselves. Mike used his knowledge and experience to identify and obtain some awesome doors and helped us with modifications to the contract. Nahun, Hugo and Boris showed up on time and showed care for our home while attacking the project. Nahun and Hugo were the installation crew and they did a great job of removing the old doors, removing some rotted wood and rebuilding the rough in door frame before installing the new doors. I think the effort exceeded the expectations. Their can do attitude and effort got it done. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable. Communications went well and I am very happy with the final product. I would recommend 7th State without hesitation.

My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions.We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation.The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. I’ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us!7th State’s precision and talent is unmatched. You are truly working with people that know what they are doing and they are the best at what they are doing. Communication from start to finish was consistent and open. They were very patient with our ideas and they added to our vision in ways we didn’t think was possible. The whole crew was professional and extremely hardworking. Not only did they do an amazing job but you can tell this is their passion. The little touches they put on everything are amazing. The details they put in set them apart from the rest. On every area of this project they went above and beyond. The transition of starting another area after the completion of another was seamless. Once they had completed our deck they immediately came in and started working on our patio, and so on. They did not miss a beat. When you are working with 7th State you are truly working with the best in the area. We will use them again in the future and we recommend them to anyone that wants true quality and a modern take on what you are looking to do. There’s nothing they can’t do! 7th State Builders installed the most beautiful two-story composite deck in my backyard. Despite the winter weather challenges with snow, ice, and cold temps, they were able to complete the deck in a reasonably short period. Chase, Ashley, Nick, and Doug were ultimate professionals and were excellent communicators. They kept me and my wife informed daily during the entire project from submitting the permit request, delivering supplies, to completing the final touches to the building process. 7th State craftsmen and construction personnel began work early each morning and worked until dark. This company is top-notch, utilizes quality building techniques, and never cuts corners. They are all about ensuring customer satisfaction. We plan to use them again for future projects.

This company and its people are fantastic. Over the last three years they have redone our primary bedroom and bathroom, completely reconfigured/renovated our living room, dining room and kitchen and built an amazing deck onto our house. We were in need of a basement bathroom remodel. The bathroom was over 35 years old and needed and update. 7th State Builders came to our rescue and did an amazing job!!! The once brown, musty, crusty and incredibly dusty old bathroom is now a fresh, light, bright and sparkling clean bathroom. We absolutely love it! We admit that initially we were somewhat wary with taking on such an investment and trusting that we had a reputable, professional and fair company to do the work. We'd read unfavorable reviews of other companies and heard of unfortunate stories with customers being taken advantage of...not so with 7th State Builders! For years we've discussed a portico addition to our home. My husband researched contractors and chose 7th State. In October 2022, 7th State Builders completely redid my concrete sidewalk due to cracks and sinking over the years. It was an easy process with no pressure and everything was explained in detail as to what would be done. The workers were also offered to stop their machines until my dog had gone outside so he wouldn’t run to the front of the house. It was about a three day process and I was always kept in the loop about how it was going. I forgot to write this review after the service but I’m glad I did because I noticed a crack along one of the steps on Monday and I called them to let them know. Friday it was fixed with no fuss. Great company and I will definitely be using them for remodeling in the future. Thanks for everything!

My wife and I hired 7th state builders after reading the reviews online and after the initial consultation. We had some build quality issues in our flooring and roof area that required professional assistance. The whole process from site inspection, to job execution was top notch. They were extremely professional in how they addressed our concerns and they take the time required to do quality work as well. Our only gripe is the price and the job started a little later than expectations, but overall this is a great company. You know you will get excellent quality/value with the price. Tony came out and walked through the projects(addition on house and finishing basement). These were rather complex and we changed things many times before we came together with a plan. We hired 7th State Builders to build a composite deck for us this past year. From the beginning, Chase and his team worked hard to give us a competitive price and quality products. Everyone was extremely responsive, especially Ashley, who coordinated the permit process and many other requests/details. Once the crew started working (after an excruciatingly long county permit process), the project was completed quickly. What impressed us most though, was when there were pieces of the project that didn't turn out quite right, they figured out a way to correct the issue...even if it meant re-doing work they had already completed. I’ve had 2 quotes from 7th State and can speak to their professionalism and honesty. Even the person answering the phone is professional. For both of my projects they took time to hear my expectations, examine the space, and align my vision with what was feasible. Their quotes were fair and very thorough. They left no questions about what exactly I was paying for. Both times the men who entered my home were nice, and even advised me when I had a different (cheaper) quote that it was fair. Between the reviews of their work and my experiences I would absolutely hire them for a future project. They even looked at a poorly done project to see if it could be saved, then gave me tips on how to improve my space without spending tons of money.

These guys didnn't mess around. I signed the contract, and they started on my project the next day. Two weeks later, we were done. The quality of work was exceptional. I have an older, custom-build home with lots of little unique touches and quirks. Once the wood seasons and I paint, no one will be able to tell where one part leaves off and the other begins. I went through a lot of quotes trying to find a company that could do REAL custom work. These guys came through with flying colors.
