My experience with Built to Last LLC was excellent. This was our first time living thru a remodeling project. They were precise, timely and clean. They took the idea for our project to a higher expectation than we could possibly imagine.

Built to Last has potential in being a good company, however they have a lot to learn in managing their business. We recently hired them to do work in our home, and we were unsatisfied with their services. They only have two employees and take on more work than they are able to do. They do not work for the whole day so the work takes a long time to get completed. If you decide to work with them, please review your work order and follow through with them. Make sure that they complete the order before you make any payments. Also request a receipt from the material lists that they make you pay for upfront, there were some discrepancies in our receipts that had nothing to do with our work. They were supposed to buy new insulations and used old ones on our home. When we brought it to their attention, they dismissed us. They tried to get more money for materials that were supposed to have been purchased from the beginning of the work and couldn’t explain where the materials were. Review your contract throughly because they tried to hold us responsible for equipment fees that the contract specifically stated that they were responsible for. These young men have a lot to learn about business ethics and professionalism. They lack maturity in customer service by not valuing what the customer wants or says. We had to terminate the contract and find someone else to finish the work. It is very hard to work with contractors that don’t see their own errors and make it seem like you’re the issue.

Whether it's flooring, painting, or a complete remodel, they consistently deliver exceptional results. I am grateful to have found such a trustworthy and skilled team, and I will undoubtedly continue to use their services for years to come.

Have worked with Built to Last on multiple occasions and most recently on adding a water filtration system to our home, and repairing our outdoor wood trim and repainting the trim and shutters. As always, the quality of work was stellar as was the level of service.
