Needed to replace the front half of my roof, so I reached out to Derek (owner) after he left his business card by my front door. Great with communication, gave a great price on the roof, and did a hell of a job up there. I called Derek to have him take a look at a leak in my roof that I knew needed more expertise than I had. It wasn't a major issue and I told him no rush. Derek was there a few hours later and had assessed the repair before I even got out of work. I had an official estimate in hand the next morning and the repair was done 2 days later. I cannot stress how impressed I was at his "get right to it" attitude and work ethic. The Repair was done quickly and more importantly correctly fixing errors the original installer had made. Exceptional service and work. This winter after severe weather we had water pouring into one of our up stairs bed rooms. We were given Always On Top Roofing’s number and called, panicking we were going to need a new roof. He came out to take a look first thing the next morning; Just take a look before he went to work else where.He was so friendly and nice, Told us our roof looked fine. Took out a ladder to go up for closer look and found the sealant around our chimney was dried and cracked. He fixed it right then and there! It was 7 AM, he was on his way to work and he took the time to fix our problem immediately. We haven’t had a problem since. He was professional, polite and the nicest person. I wish I had words to praise him more. We are elderly and husband had an accident that had him laid up so the service received was sooo appreciated. He charged us close to nothing, a couple of hundred dollars. We plan on using him again and I keep his card on hand. The GREATEST.
