Our house took a beating when a wild microburst decided to play lumberjack with a pine tree, wrecking our roof and causing chaos inside. We were introduced to Tiago by one of the designers at a local Kitchen and Bath store. It was a great experience working with Tiago and his team for our first major Kitchen renovation project. He was very professional and responsive from day one. He provided a fair quote based on the kitchen cabinets design and delivered on time. His entire team was courteous and great to work with. They made sure our place stayed livable throughout the project. When few issues came up during the cabinets install process, Tiago provided options and addressed those to our full satisfaction. Tiago and his team were very easy to work with and did excellent work! He was on time, on budget and very quick to communicate. We were first time home buyers doing our first big renovation and he name the process very easy! We gutted our entire kitchen (floors, walls, ceiling) and demoed a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Any big project always has a few hiccups, but Tiago made sure everything was taken care of quickly and with a high quality. Would absolutely recommend him and his team!

Tiago and the entire Spring Home Improvement team were amazing. The team was fast, efficient and very attentive to me and my family while we lived through the construction. The work is amazing and every detail attended to. The team adjusted seamlessly to supply chain issues and always communicated with me and our designer. In an old house (1910) it is important to work with someone who understands the nature of adding something new to something old. The carpentry and tilers were amazing at blending the old and the new and keeping everything looking like it belonged there. This team felt like family. I can not recommend this company enough. The communication was excellent and their ability to adjust to the surprises of an old house or a delayed set of appliances was outstanding.

I want to first start off by saying that we couldn't be happier with the work that Spring Home Improvement did at our home. Before deciding to go with Tiago and his crew, we had spoke with 5 different (highly recommended) companies. After speaking with Tiago, i knew right then and there that we were going to use his services. There was no bs with Tiago, he explained the whole process and everything he had planned to do, and he never shot down my ideas. In fact, he added onto what we wanted with a lot of his great ideas. I will say that it ended up being a great match!We ended up adding an 800 sq. ft. edition onto our existing home. We converted the garage into an in-law suite with full living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. In the main house we redid the kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, and turned our 3 season porch into a massive closed in toy room for the kiddos.Tiago's crew couldn't have been more personable and great. They showed up early and always left late (A Great Thing). They were very efficient with their work, made sure to work around/cover items that were in the way, and they always made sure the working space was clean. Whenever a problem popped up, Tiago and his crew were there that day. Everyone who came into our home would always greet our kids, talk with them, and always say bye. It really felt like having family over.Now lets talk about Tiago's wife Junia. She is one of the sweetest people I have met. Junia handles all of the appliances/fixtures/home needs. Junia was always available if we didn't like what was ordered, wanted something exchanged, if a piece accidentally showed up broken. She would take care of it in a very timely manner. Both Tiago and Junia went out of their way to make us happy!I could literally write a book on how great our experience was with Spring Home Improvement! We recently had 2 bathrooms gutted and refinished by Spring Home Improvement Inc. The owner (Tiago G) told me he would not be the cheapest, but he would promise me his team would do good work. His quote was competitive. Tiago is a man of his word! The bathrooms came out fantastic. Tiago had some great ideas which we used to redesign the bathrooms. The team was professional and always put in great effort. They always cleaned up after their day on the job and left my house in good order. We agreed we would buy the materials and Tiago had recommendations on who we could use, or we had the option to find our own materials. These past few months have been a long stressful journey dealing with water damage in my kitchen, after spending months looking for a reliable GC, my cabinet guy (Rick) from Pinnacle Kitchens, said to me I got a guy for you, he specializes in these type of situations and repair and he can help you. So he connected me with Tiago. Tiago was very professional, very responsive from the start. He came to inspect the kitchen and gave me honest opinion, honest and fair price. What I appreciate about Tiago, if you have water damage in your home you know how stressful it can be but after speaking with him it felt like a relief, he was able to reassure me that the work can be done and will be done in a timely manner, speaking with him gave me that peace of mind that i needed, so I appreciate that alot. We found Spring Home Improvement on the web, just looking for someone to take our basement project to the finish line. Well, Tiago and the crew exceeded expectations!!! First off, responded almost immediately to our reach out on Yelp, came to the house to see the scope of the project, had great ideas with absolutely no upsell. We got a very reasonable quote and we agreed upon a start date and low and behold, they showed up exactly when they said.During the work, guys were timely, clean, easy to communicate with. Any changes were met with “whatever you want” attitude. It was a basement finish and the crew was way more thorough than I would have been, lol.In the end if you are not giving Spring Home Improvement a shot, you are missing out

I had a hard deadline to get my bathroom complete renovation project done and had a different contractor who initially told me they could meet my timeline only to tell me later they couldn’t guarantee it and likely would not meet it after I had wasted a few months with them. I called Spring Home Improvements and spoke to Tiago and he promised me he would make it happen and he did!Not only did he get the job done in time but it was also excellent work. The bathroom went from drab to fab and he did all this while being very accessible, friendly and reasonable. The pricing was fair and any small issues I noticed were fixed immediately.
