We had a long term leak behind a wall that forced us to do a full bathroom renovation. Clean Remodel did the remediation and the reconstruction work (including some structural work) for us.Enrique is very experienced in this line of work and deeply knowledgeable about all parts of the process, including working with insurance. He was very helpful in answering our many questions and he/Kevin were always easily reachable. Once the detailed scope of work was finalized, the work began fairly quickly; the process was very well organized and Enrique often stopped by the house to ensure work was happening according to plan and that we were satisfied with the progress.Both the Clean Remodel in house team (especially Alberto, Gavino, Alex) as well as several of the subcontractors were excellent at their job; they not only anticipated some issues but also creatively addressed new issues that popped up when walls were opened. They were very accommodating of any concerns raised or additional requests made.We would recommend working with Clean Remodel.

I have had flooding in my basement, loss of heat, plumbing issues in my kitchen and in my bathroom sink, and all were resolved by the service team at Clean Remodel.I am especially thankful for the helpful work of Enrique Quinones when I encountered problems with my aging roof. Enrique was able to work with my insurance company and file a claim, schedule an adjuster to come out to the house and Then I received the check right in the mail. We re-did our basement with Clean Remodel about a year ago.Enrique and his crew helped us come up with some creative ways to avoid larger work, and still end up with a end result we are really happy with.You can see in the before and after pictures obviously its night and day.The price was really fair, but as with any remodel project there were certain bumps along the way like a pipe hit with a screw, and overall we ended up ~25% over original budget but of that it was ~50% upsells that I am really happy with now, 25% unforeseen/unknowable issues (termite damage etc.) and maybe 25% items I wasn't super happy we didn't think of up front/get included in original quote so we could have a better idea of what our spend would be. So if it is a big concern about costs you would just need to put in a lot of work yourself making sure every single detail is rolled in/ask a lot of questions. That said the quote was super detailed you can tell they put a lot of hard work into thinking of everything and helping you understand everything going into the project.The crew had a couple people that maybe weren't the best, but the 2 or 3 primary contacts and leaders were great communicators, hard workers, smart and pleasant to have in our home.Service: Home renovations

They did mold remediation in a closet, found and patched a leak in the roof, and then did an amazing job of fixing the closet back to the way it looked. We discovered our sump pump failed at night and our basement flooded. We called a few different business's and Clean Remodel was able to come that day and give us a competitive quote then their team was able to get started early the next day. As a first time home owner I had no idea how to file a claim, when I asked they assured me they would work with them and walked me through what to expect and the paperwork the insurance companies would need that they would provide. They were professional and gave me options and advice on key decisions during the clean up process. They were well versed with flood damage and what needed to be done. Hopefully I won't have any water damage anytime soon but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I did and would recommend them to any friends or family.
