Jon did a very detailed and professional job from his initial communication and his thorough assessment when he came to see the work that was needed. He explained in detail what he needed to do to get my chimney and brick steps repaired. He was timely with his start date and finished in the time he projected. He left the areas very clean and made the entire precess seamless. As a service provider myself, I would recommend Jon for any restoration work needed.

Jonathan, the owner of North Shore Masonry Restoration provided excellent service and quality work at a reasonable price. He arrived as scheduled, completed the job in the time frame he quoted, cleaned the roof, chimney and yard, all at his quoted price. Initially, he was going to to repoint and clean off the old paint on the surface. He said he would do that if we wanted, but he let us know that the bricks themselves were crumbling under the paint and repointing and cleaning would only be a temporary fix. We totally appreciated his honesty and the quote he gave us on a complete rebuild was very reasonable. The job consisted of a complete restoration of our crumbling chimney, taking it down to below the roofline and rebuilding with a distinctive flare that had us getting lots of positive comments from our neighbors. One neighbor liked the work so much that they hired North Shore Masonry Restoration to repoint their chimney also. I would definitely recommend, North Shore Masonry Restoration if you want an honest, conscientious company that delivers great quality at competitive prices.

Hired Jon for some general maintenance around the house. Mainly foundation work and to fix a deteriorating cinderblock garage wall. Excellent work and craftsmanship at very reasonable prices. Finished both jobs in a very timely fashion and cleaned up any and all debris. I highly recommend Jon and North Shore Masonry. In fact I will be having him back in the fall to do some repointing of my fieldstone basement wall.
