I have been using this roofing company since years. About 15 years ago I had a leak in my garage,Angelo came out that day repaired it and was better priced then any other company I had called.My roof never leaked so I decided to to give him a call to seal a ac unit that was leaking on my roof for my business. He repaired that and again did a great job never leaked.He told me when I decided to replace the roof he will deduct all the repairs he had done in the price.Two years later he kept his word I finally got the funds to replace the roof on my business and he deducted a very good amount I was grateful for it.Very reliable company in my book and that's why I've recommended him to all my friends and family and will continue to do so!

The worst contractor I have ever dealt with. They charged $7,375 and did not stop the leak at all. They did return a few times but still did not fix the issue. I would stay away from them they will give you the runaround and not fix the problem.1st off if I needed a new roof why didn't you mention that when you came out an looked at it the 1st time? Why would you charge a person over $7K if you thought they needed a new roof and could not fix the existing one. You have been out here 4 times one time the roof leaked worse when you left. The last time out your words we are so sorry this has taken so long to fix we are going to patch this entire area than you left before I could even go up and look at it. Nothing but empty promises. You painted over a tar and gravel roof with a white roofing mastic that all pealed up after the 1st rain. I should have known then it wasn't not going to get fixed.

My roof has been leaking for a while got some estimates from other companies stating I needed a new roof.I called masterseal and Angelo came out the next day said I only needed a small flashing repair I was shocked honestly and said ok let's repair it.It has been over a month now and he was right I didn't need a new roof it hasn't leaked since Angelo repaired it thanks guys I appreciate the honesty!!!

Between the rian and the wind my roof stood No chance it was a mess shingles everywhere! Water damage in my work space called a couple of contractors they told me it would take weeks before someone could come out and inspect itI called master seal in the eveing two haours latef he was at my door step put a tarp over the area where the shingles flew off and was there thr next morning bright and early anf repiared the roof for a good price, thank you angleo you really helped me out!!!!

I appreciate mastersealroofing coming out so quickly I had a emergency repair and they came in the same day I found it very nice of them to keep me updated and explained everything to me and I was allowed to ask as many questions as I wanted and got before and after pictures so thank you guys again definitely keeping masterseal on speed dial:)

Had a great experience with Masterseal roofing they replaced a water proof membrane on my second story patio and they were prompted, professional and did good work. They took a ladder up to the second story roof not to track any mess into my home and they even thought to cut pieces of left over membrane for me to place under the joists of my deck I am building to prevent any punctuating of the membrane. Will definitely be hiring them again to replace my roof this spring!

So we hired Angelo and his guys 4 months ago. They have been nothing but amazing. We have had multiple issues with our “new to us” building but, Angelo has worked with us and made corrections along the way. The reviews that say he does not show up or respond to messages have not been our experience at all. I highly recommend this company for your rubber roof issues.

Had a roof leak that was affecting the master bedroom. Called later in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. The guys were timely and gave straight forward opinion on what needed to be done; from a fix to full replacement. They were not pushy and were able to get the job done same day after assessing. I’m giving 1 star because I have to in order to continue giving this review. I paid Angelo at master seal roofing $1500 to fix my rubber roof and was given a 5 year warranty which was one of the reasons I signed the contract. The roof leaked less than a year later and it took 10 phone calls to finally get him over to my house to ‘fix’ my roof only to have it leak again. Since the second leak I have called 3 times and emailed twice and have not been called back-my calls have been ignored despite the warranty that supposedly came with my purchase. This company is a scam and it’s fraudulent. Do not use this place. They take your money and don’t do the work and don’t have the courtesy to return phone calls for people they have ‘warranties’ to. If you are a hard working person who values your money please go elsewhere

They responded early the next day and were able to fix our issue within 24 hours. They took pictures of all of the fixes they made and were very professional throughout (including walking through pricing and options on our roof). Worst experience I’ve had with a contractor. Came in to do an estimate, seemed knowledgeable, explained the process of what they did and were prompt to communicate and scheduled the work once terms and price were agreed upon… this is where it all took a turn.The work was suppose to be scheduled a week later and in the end took a little less than two months to finally complete.Although I’ll say that they attempted to call it done many times without actually doing most of the work. Once they came and claimed that they would be done in 30 minutes and wanted to collect the last payment when they hadn’t even touched the roof… for a job of where the roof was a significant part of the work they did.In that same job they wanted to get another job for me… without completing the first one and doing half of the work. They then communicated they would go to lunch and come back( they did not) ! They decided that it might rain but also failed to communicate this with me.They then came again saying they were done with a job while I was out of the country in early September, and when they came to collect last payment we went through the work and it was still not done! They then had the nerve to want collect final payment… I declined till the work was fully done! They then said they would come in the next few days to complete, they did not.3 weeks later they came and finished it, then demanded their money and mentioned legal action within 48 hours of them being “done”. I again was out of the country in early October and they blew up my phone obsessively! I finally called them from the other side of the world and let them know I was out of the country. They finally calmed down and I said once I got home I’d check the work.Luckily it rained and the work was good enough to prevent leaking… although I’ll be honest, who knows for how long. I just hope it’s greater then their warranty! I’d hate to deal with them again. But I will if there is a warranty issue, 100%!Another thing to mention is that some of my neighbors mentioned them getting to screaming match with one of the other neighbors, I never confirmed with the neighbor from embarrassment… but definitely 95% of the way they did businesses in my case I would NEVER recommend them.To their re: it’s interesting how much these people lie. No one had an issue paying you… as long as the work was done. Your lack of communication and miscommunication is appalling. It did not rain for ~2 months everyday. Is this a immigrant comment about paying in this country? Because as soon as I arrived I checked the work and payed you. I would move on from this and just take the constructive criticism and do better.

Hired ANGELO to fix a leak in my roof in December of 2019. Multiple visits, $2000 and 3 months later, my roof is still leaking. This transaction started seamlessly and promising at first. He did patch work on my chimney, replaced a few shingles and coated a part of the roof all of which did not fix my issue. After trying for 3 weeks to get him to my property to resolve what he was hired to do, I was met with multiple excuses as to why he couldn't show up. Last time i tried reaching him through text, i received an automatic reply that my number was blocked. Very unprofessional. Seek your roof repair elsewhere.

Quick quoting and got the signing process completed timely. I was impressed with the use of technology. Then three no shows and now, I can't even get a call back after texting and leaving multiple messages. I know that my project was not a big job. At the least, provide a response and don't just not show up multiple times on days you commit to. To say this is not professional is the nicest way I can put it. Although I am sure there are lots of work now to keep you busy and I don't matter much, you treat enough people like me this way and it says a lot of where this company thinks of the long term.

Horrible experience. Dont know what they are doing. They sid not fix my roof, promised to solve leaks. Instead leaks continued the same day they left, and they never came back with excuses ranging from car problems, traffic, schedule conflict, phone problems etc. awful company and experience. Took my money and didnt address the problem. Will be taking them to small claims court for horrible experience.
