We've hired Chris Cedrone for several projects at our Cape house. He's remodeled a bathroom, installed many windows, and done a variety of other smaller jobs. He's reliable, responsive and his work is excellent. I text him and he gets right back to me. He even helped me out one time when I had left the cape and was afraid the stove on at the cottage. He went over and checked and then locked up for me. He's a great guy and easy to work with. I've yet to encounter a project he can't or won't do! We love him and will continue to work with him for projects in the future.Services: General construction, Remodeling, General repairs

I contacted Chris after I was made aware of Cedrone Contracting from a neighbor. Discussed scope of project with him and provided Chris a design and Chris was able to get back to me within a week with a good price and qualifications. Chris scope of work was to build a 300sf addition per code. Chris was very good at communicating with me whenever I had a question and he was very timely with response! The workmanship was excellent and they did a very good job keeping work areas clean and picked up. The pricing was fair and the project only had a couple small changes to scope and price. Schedule was good, but I did allow enough time for Chris to do his work and he kept his word and got things done. At the end of the day I was a very satisfied customer, as I am well aware being a manager for a construction company myself, of the difficulties with getting materials and manpower in this market. The project went very smoothly and he coordinated with various suppliers and installers to keep it moving. We are very happy with the finished job. I cannot say enough incredible things about Chris and his team. They do beautiful work in and outside of the homes. I had work done in my home and fell in love with my kitchen all over again. Just yesterday, they did work at my parent’s home outside. My parents have become wheel chair bound recently and Cedrone Contracting came to the rescue. Chris and his team created a beautiful safe ramp quickly, safely, following all town guidelines and Covid protocol. My parents were unable to leave their house due to the stairs. Now, I am able to take them not only to their appointments stress free, but I can take them for walks in their wheelchair right from the house. My family and I are so grateful!

We had an entire house to paint, re-shingle, replace windows, some demo, and along the way new portions of roof were found to be in need of repair as well. Chris and his crews were professional and perfectionists. Chris was able to advise us on how to achieve goals within our budget and how to solve problems which was a service in itself. I wish we could say we had the great experience others did unfortunately we did not. We had several projects done in our newly purchased second home (new floor, added dishwasher, removed fireplace, replaced front door, removed old shed). Since we were not there to oversee the work on a daily basis we cannot say what occurred but it seemed like Chris had someone else doing the work and they did everything terribly (floor with noticeable bumps throughout and no subfloor where old threshold was removed and dishwasher could move freely from within cabinets) plus they left the house a mess (moldy coffee cup in the microwave, disgusting toilet, wood with nails all through yard). Two years later, the dishwasher still leaks, the floor is wearing due to uneven subfloor and the wall where the fireplace was removed is visibly warped. We don't know what went wrong exactly, everything seemed great at first and they were friends with our realtor. We had a handyman come in to fix a few of the items and he highly recommend we take them to court based on the poor work. In the end we are just paying more to fix everything right but we want others to know to watch their projects carefully.Update: As mentioned by their reply below, we did not contact them again after the walk through to resolve the issues because we were concerned it may do more harm than good.During the walk through we raised concerns about the floor and we're told nothing could be done and it was just a poor subfloor (they never suggested replacing it before laying the brand new floor that we remember). A few weeks later, we had the handyman come in for a second opinion on the floor. He couldn't easily resolve the missing subfloor where they pulled out the threshold but he did pull up some of the floor and found debris (nails/screws) underneath that was causing at least some of the bumps. After that finding, we were scared to have them do more work at the house honestly so we have fixed what we can ourselves and live with the rest.The latest update that prompted the posting is that we learned the dishwasher was installed incorrectly and it may need to be replaced as a result after just barely 2 years. The floor and warping walls are annoying but we can live with them; however, the dishwasher is a functional issue so now we have to pay more money. Even if we did contact them, they would not have covered the repair of the dishwasher per our understanding of the contract.We are posting this review not to resolve our issues but to make sure others know to keep careful watch on their projects. All of the other reviews seem positive so perhaps our situation may have been the result of a one time poor subcontractor?Updated to 2 stars because the new front door they installed is great and I forgot about that.

Cedrone Contracting just finished our bathroom renovation and we are very happy with results. They took an existing 11’x16’ room with a 2-person tub and transformed it into a beautiful bathroom with double sink vanity and bureau along with tiled 6’ shower.
