Paulo and his team were professional , responsive, and exceeded our expectations during a full kitchen and basement remodel in our home. This was an extensive project that included bringing down load bearing walls in order to make the main floor open concept. Paulo communicated everything that needed to be done and reassured us along the way. He was available whenever we had questions and at no point did we feel that things were beyond our control. The workmanship was excellent and the kitchen/basement came out exactly how we envisioned it. M&P renovations provides a great team of carpenters, plumbing, electrical etc. I recommend Paulo and his team for all your home project needs!

I am very happy for the opportunity to leave a review for Paulo and his crew. Our bathroom was quite dated and in need of attention. As soon as I met Paulo and discussed a renovation I felt immediately at ease. And I made the right choice. The price was reasonable and they did an outstanding job with everything from the lovely tile work to the beautiful new tub. We only have this one bathroom and Paulo was able to complete the work in good time. I always had lots of questions but Paulo was patient and explained everything to my satisfaction. Great job, guys, and I would recommend your services to anyone!

Paulo and his crew were amazing. They transformed an unlivable area of my home (my upstairs to a cape style house, attic area) into a beautiful and usable living space.They fully delivered! The carpentry was above and beyond! All who came into my home were respectful and kind. Paulo was always available to answer my questions and concerns. As most people know, when having home renovations done, it rarely goes exactly how it was planned. Paulo was always kind, despite my getting frustrated a couple of times because I didn't understand codes, etc. He explained everything in logic and detail.Very happy with the end result! They showed up on time, completed the job within the time frame and performed high quality work. Entire crew were great!

This review is long overdue but we had a great experience with Paulo & his team last year for our master bathroom remodel. It was quite extensive work that involved expanding the current bathroom space but he quickly understood our vision and the outcome was better than we expected. He was approachable, reasonable and quickly answered questions or addressed any concerns right away including coming over after hours to ensure we felt comfortable with how things were progressing. In one instance, we didn't like the paint color (which we chose) after it was already painted on the walls, and Paulo didn't hesitate or make us feel bad with having his team re-paint after we chose a better color we liked. All in all, we highly recommend M&P Home Renovation for any remodeling needs.

Paulo is definitely one of the easier guys to work with. We did pretty extensive interior work including a full kitchen & bathroom teardown & rebuild. He did everything from reinforcing and supporting to final touches. We enjoy the inside of our home much more now that Paulo worked his magic.My one criticism would be that the final touches - performed mostly by his other workers - weren't always done great or were overlooked. But Paulo is great at coming in and making sure you're happy in the end. I'd definitely use Paulo again.

I almost did not want to finish my basement. I talked to a number of people before Paulo and didn't feel confident giving someone such a big job. That changed after talking to him. Once you talk to Paulo, you probably won't go with anyone else. Cost is comparable, if not cheaper than some, quality is superior, he is very easy to work with, does not try to sell anything and very honest. You basically tell him what you want to get done and he will give you suggestions around only those. He is very accommodating. I am personally very picky and a stickler for little things. He always obliged, even for the littlest things. One example where he won my trust - I have a fridge in my basement which is functional but I was considering if I should get rid of it. All the other contractors I talked to offered to take it with them. Paulo told me that it's a good fridge and I could sell it (or keep it) for some money. Did I mention that he finished the work within a reasonable timeframe? Yes, he did!Highly recommended and I like his work so much that I will get him to do my patio too.

Our concrete home was built in 1905 and was in need of some serious and difficult upgrading and complete kitchen renovation. A couple of contractors didn’t want to handle the job. Searching the internet I found M&P Reno and was surprised to find Paulo, the owner, lived about a quarter mile away. Paulo and his crew were fantastic!!
