Tony and Michelle were unbelievably professional, kind, and knowledgeable when they came to take care of our home. After an unfortunate accident occurred with our fireplace causing ash to spread across the room, rug, blinds, sectional, and various items, they spent several hours here cleaning and sharing advice on how to take care of the space. This ensured it was safe for our young kids to play in again and made us feel as though nothing ever happened. Thank you Michelle and Tony!

Great experience! We needed quick help with a clients home. I Spoke with Jay who went to assess the situation right away! He called me back within a half hour to give me the details and he could get someone out first thing in the morning! Very professional, extremely helpful. We would highly recommend them!

Due to sump pump failure, I called Servpro to assess my situation. The crew consisted of Mike, Matt and Tim. They came in and removed ruined carpet and hauled it off along with all the other damaged “stuff”. Put in equipment to air and dry out the basement. Came back 4 days later and tested to see that the equipment had done what it was supposed to do. It did. They were all very friendly, professional and informative. Hopefully I won’t ever have to call them again but certainly will if I have a similar situation.

Gage and Antonio came to the house twice for water remediation in the basement. The first time was to install fans, pull out carpet and wet insulation,, move everything from the walls to spray for mold. The second time they came was to remove the fans, spray for mold again and put everything back against the walls. I can’t say enough how wonderful they were -very professional, patient, highly skilled, and so very helpful. They were a pleasure to work with! Highly recommended !

Bob’s entire team including Brian and Wally were PHENOMENAL in the reconstruction of my home after Jay’s team packed up. Bob’s team would do anything to help out , often going above and beyond what they were called to do. From calling Bob on a Sunday for an issue at the last minute, to his team fixing and replacing things that were not asked of them as a “by the “way”.When I first walked into my broken home and then seeing how beautiful they made the transformation!!!!!! It was not a fast process but it was well worth the wait. I have recommended them to friends and family. I am a very grateful and happy client and cannot say enough positive things about the professionalism and responsiveness of the owner Jay and the cleaning team and his pro-cleaners Tony and Michelle and their team. We had nothing less than a rough couple of weeks and found ourselves in need of extensive soot removal from our home. Jay quickly came by and assessed the situation, came up with a plan and strategy and worked directly with our insurance company. He had a dumpster at our house the next day and a cleaning crew ready to go after that. The team moved quickly and efficiently, always friendly and professional while working around us so as not to impede in our daily routine with kids and pets and work. They handled everything with the utmost respect and were incredibly detail oriented and clearly knowledgeable and experienced in their field and it showed. We were many miles away for the winter when we learned that a water leak had caused extensive damage back at our home. We called Servpro Plymouth and they were on site quickly with a report and pictures. Water on the floor. Much mold. We were heart sick. From mitigation through renovation the communication was constant and positive. On our return two months later they were in the last stages of repair. The guys on our job were excellent. Perfectionists. Servpro worked closely with our adjuster. We are excited to be back in our house. It looks great. Our punch list had just two minor items on it. Being so far away through all the anxiety was very hard. But our project managers Jay and Rob were always so positive and reassuring. I had water in my basement from rain and snow melt. I called ServPro just as it was happening and they sent a crew the next morning - after it stopped raining. Crew showed up - wore masks at my requests which was important to me - they examined the issue, gave us an estimate, got the water out and then left a dehumidifier and drying fans for a few days to make sure it was all dried up.They just picked it all up, this morning. I recommend them to anyone that has water in their home. They were professional and efficient. I will be calling for estimates to fix the reasons for the water but, if I ever need them again, I won't hesitate to call.Services: Mold inspection, Water damage-related cleanup & repair
