I had a difficult restoration with major water damage and a large dose of unhealthy mold in my furnace room that had been sending mold spores into my condo for six months, MAJOR health issue. Dan and his crew went straight to work - someone was at my place every day, treating me courteously and being very careful with my living space. That meant a lot to this elderly man living alone. Dan led me through the claims process with three separate insurance companies. Each of the workmen and workwomen were competent in all phases of the tasks. See BBB page.Working with this company was a NIGHTMARE, the highlight was when they quit mid project which allowed us to employ actual professionals to complete the work. My insurance company had to go after American Restoration to recoup money + damages. Resulted in me living in a hotel for ~5 months when promised completion in 3 weeks. Employees are extremely unprofessional, did not feel safe in my home and was cursed at several times by employee. Can't say enough good things. I called them to inspect my home due to recent flooding caused by a leak in the roof. The first thing the technician did was show me where I might be having problems and explain to me some of the issues we were likely looking at. They took photos, samples, and videos of their findings which helped immensely with understanding what was going on. They did a fantastic job and suggested what I could do to deal with them. There is no doubt that they did quality work when they had to do it and they retained a positive attitude throughout this entire process. The customer service was also TOP Notch as well.

American Restoration Professionals came to my home when my water heater broke and flooded my in-law apartment. They were here about an hour after I called them and got out all the standing water in under a half hour. Because the water sat for over a day before I discovered it, a lot of demolition was needed. The demolition and the drying was done in about 4 days, and we were so impressed, we hired them for the reconstruction as well. They completed the work last Thursday which was about 3 weeks after they began the rebuild. I was convinced the work was going to take at least twice as long. I would highly recommend using this company for any emergency or construction services!

There was mold in the attic in the house I bought, and I put a service request through angi. I got a text from Dan saying he can come by and check it out. He came out and checked it, and gave us a really good price. They came on Friday June 11th, and I didn't want to go up there the same day it was done. I went up today June 12th, and let me tell you, the attic looks brand new, the wood is completely rid of mold, no black stains anymore. Dan's team knows what they are doing, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his team if you need mold removed. Not only that, if I had any questions I would text Dan and he would answer me as fast as he could about any questions I had. Again highly recommend Dan and his team.
