My attic was infested with squirrels within a week of him completing job. There was a massive hole in the fascia board that he told me nothing about and that he likely caused seeing that I never had squirrels in my attic before he did the job. he refused to even come look at the damage and the job and began ignoring calls. My roof still leaks into my living room to this day when it rains heavy with winds. He is much cheaper than competition but you get what you pay for. He will tell you you have a warranty but trust me when I say he will disappear like casper once something goes wrong. Save your money and find a real professional.Service: Roof installation

Very impressed with their service and quality. I reached out for a quote late on a Saturday afternoon and had a response to my request within 15 minutes. (Of the 10 local companies I reached out to for quotes I received only 3 responses). We met the following Monday and Darren gave a thorough explanation/presentation of the services he offered, the products that he used and the entire installation process. He was also understanding of the fact that I was waiting on 2 additional estimates, there was no high pressure sales technique. Ultimately, Darren offered the most competitive price and I hired him for the job. It was completed in a day, the new roof looks beautiful and he left the grounds spotless - not a shingle or a nail to be seen anywhere. The Devito company is dishonest and not reliable. I had an issue with a leaky roof last year. I called them as they installed the roof 7 years ago. They came and told us it is a skylight problem not from the roof.So I trusted them, they replaced the skylight and put new gutter and some new stuff outside. That cost us a thousand of dollars.But after 8 months only, we had the same leaking even worse than before. Now I have a very big yellow stains on my living room ceiling. And the water leaks inside the wall making a very big bubbles of water in the wall.So I called them again and send pictures , but they keep ignoring me. My husband got on the roof and found a very bad installation of shingles and a hole with gaps where they did the work between the roof and the wall.They damaged my whole roof. It was a small leaking but now it is a very big problem.I have been patient with them three months. Every time I call them they ignore me and tell send pictures and then I don’t hear anything.Every roof company makes a couple years of warranty for the roof.But this company didn’t give warranty on the new roof they replaced 7 years ago.And even not warranty for a couple months. With a very significant bad work done.I am very disappointed and I don’t recommend this company for anyone.
