Great service. Owner, Caleb, came and did the inspection and quote himself, quote was given immediately after inspection. He communicated quickly and had a fast turnaround from quote to job completion. The crew was respectful and friendly. After the roof was finished, Caleb again came and did a final walk through to verify I was satisfied with the job (and to verify he was satisfied with his crew). Would highly recommend.

Caleb was recommended to me by a coworker and was so nice and professional when he came out to inspect my roof. He was very straightforward and transparent about his quote, which was the opposite of every other quote I had received. I really don’t enjoy companies who pull the “I’ll give you a better deal if you sign today” kind of nonsense. You can tell he cares about his business and his customers.

Caleb was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call inquiring about a quote. He was honest and open the entire time while reviewing our issues and explaining how he would approach fixing them. His crew arrived on time and completed the job within in the quoted time frame. They were very thorough with cleaning up, we saw guys taking turns walking in areas to give a new set of eyes when cleaning up which was greatly appreciated as we have two small children and a dog. Roof was completed in the time quoted, at the price quoted. Craig was extremely professional from the quoting process (same day) all the way through the finished result (day after roof was complete). His crew was personable and friendly. They did an excellent job with water and ice barriers and cleaned up well. They removed branches hitting the roof, so that mildew did not form. Jobson Roofing did a complete tear off of our old roof and replaced with new shingles. Caleb and his crew were punctual, professional and really amazing to watch. Communication was excellent, and clean up was above expectation. The supply company had to unload our materials by hand instead of using the boom truck due to the number of trees, some power lines the shape of our roof, and access to the roof from the driveway. Caleb and his crew had to hand carry all the materials up the ladder and onto the roof! Everything was professionally done on time and on budget as promised. Caleb was quick to return my call and schedule the appointment for an estimate. At the appointment, he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. My husband and I first encounter Caleb Jobson & Jobson Roofing in 2019 when we moved into our home (built in 2002). We had him (among others) inspect our roof due to a leak over our garage. All quotes came in HIGH at almost 40% of the cost of a new roof. My husband asked what Caleb would do if it were his roof. Caleb responded saying he’s wait 3-5 years until the whole roof needed replacing or until the leak got worse and then still replace the whole roof at that time. He, of course, gave us pointers on what to look for.So, when the leak got worse after Winter 2022, who do you think we called first? Jobson Roofing.Caleb responded quickly, inspected the roof & leak, quoted a price cheaper than others, and didn’t make us pay a dime (even with materials increasing in price) until he came out to inspect the finished product. Beyond this, shingles were reliever the day before and the workers were only here about 10 hours to complete it. Everyone was respectful and friendly.We have since referred one of our neighbors and a coworker to Jobson Roofing, and both have decided to use them for their home too.Highly recommended!!!!Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation
