If you want to build a quality barn, talk to Orchard. They have this niche build figured out and execute at a high level as a team. Their front end preparation is on point to set you up for success. Orchard finished our project this week and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Many elements stand out that make us raving fans; here are a few: 1. We didn’t have to micromanage the process at all. The crew rolls up in 8 trucks, give or take depending on the day, and they get to work and just know what they’re doing - with no questions asked of us..not one. Any questions or decisions came from Steve which was great to have a main point from start to finish. Tracy has the office running smoothly for the consumer while Chad and team have attention to detail on site.2. Steve’s initial phone consultation really helped to identify the scope and budget of the build…and also is what sold me. Once all the building decisions were made our work was done. We knew this would have had to invest way more time if we hired another company. We choose to hire the specialists.3. Speed, quality & service. That’s hard to find.

I had a bad experience with Orchard several years ago. I personally shared with the owner about my poor experience reached out to him and gave him a chance to respond, and he wouldn’t even reply. They therefore got a one star review from me. FYI, I take these reviews seriously and don’t just hand out one star and 5 star reviews. It is rare for me to give one star. Over a few years there were 57 views of my original review and one “like”. I wondered why after a few more years I didn’t get any more views even though I could see my review. I don’t know if it was because of Orchard or Google but I discovered my review was no longer visible to the public. Makes me wonder why they don’t have any low reviews. Is it because they get them pulled?Orchard Construction. I never contracted to have work done with your company so I would not be on your records. The reason I am posting again is because my original review was written within a week of the incident and was accurate. It was based on an experience I had with someone leaving a job site in one your company vehicles and that review disappeared. This was a very serious incident and when I twice reached out to the owner to discuss this I was ignored. Had the owner chose to not ignore me and responded professionally I may have given a 4 or 5 star review. In fact, three times with other businesses I have given very high reviews because of how a business responded to a problem.

From our first meeting to the completion of the project they were responsive, professional, consultative. The quality of the construction is first class. Their site subcontractor was superb and once erection took place , the building assembly went very smoothly, cement poured and doors installed topped off my 40 x 35 Pole barn. I'd give more stars if I could. Everything about the process was stress free. The attention to detail on the building is amazing. You can truly tell everyone takes pride in what they do. They always let me know when things were going to happen, and how long each part of the process would take. I know Orchard is busy right now, but trust me when I say it is worth the wait. Good companies are busy for a reason. I've had multiple people ask who built our pole barn because of how impressed they were.I won't go anywhere else if I need another building or modifications to the one they built for me.

I cannot say enough about how good our experience was with Orchard Construction. Steve and his team were wonderful to work with. We needed some help with yard prep prior to being able to get our barn built and he went out of his way to help. There was communication through the whole process to let us know about schedule updates and they helped us stay ahead of material price changes. We requested some last minute changes with our building and they were friendly about it and able to accommodate. They have a reputation for being the best for a reason. We are so glad we chose Orchard Construction to build our building.

This is more of an in office review, I walked in had some employees from a left office room and a office area directly ahead see me and since they had none at the front desk I decided to wait on the bench where I was visible with the obvious assumption being that someone would come out to assist me. However that never happened and I was simply ignored the entire time I was in the office so I left.

I was fortunate that there was a break in their schedule and had my project done before the estimated time frame originally given to me. Steve and Chad were great to work with; the whole team works together so well they can put up a building faster than I have ever seen before. My neighbors were amazed at how fast it went up and they have built their own barns so they know what it takes to be that fast. Quality building materials, good communication and the ability to put up a building so fast are why I am so pleased with Orchard. Due to covid there were some material delays and I voiced my concern. Steve made it happen and exceeded my expectations even sooner than I expected. I had another pole barn built by someone else a few years ago and I can see that even though they were able to knock it out so fast, the quality of the workmanship is miles above my other barn. Orchard construction built a pole building for me 48'x56'. They did a quality job for a fair price. Very easy to work with I had no problems with them at all. They took care of all the plans & permits. Very happy with my new building. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Orchard construction built me a 40x40 with a 10 foot overhang half enclosed. They did a high quality job and in a timely manner. As it was beening built we made changes and thay had no problems to accommodate us. Thay were very respectful and polite every step of the way. Thay also helped us to get ahold of the people we needed to get ahold of for tree replacement and landscaping. I would highly recommend them to anyone, excellent work, great price, and quick response time.
