I recently called number of roofing and siding companies when it came time to replace both on my home. Of all the companies, only MichConn and another quoted both. The rest only quoted the roof.What made select MichConn was Brandon. While he and the other companies all mentioned that my roof had wind and hail damage and I could get insurance to possilby pay for some of the cost. He was the only one to offer to meet with the insurance adjustor when he came out to inspect my roof. Even though I hadn't committed to MichConn for the work, he did and the result was my the replacement of my 30 year old roof, was 95% paid for by insurance.I even added the rebuild of my chimney the work. The quote was for using new bricks. I wanted to save some money and reuse the old. We compromised on a little more of a 70% new and I am happy with how it turned out.As for the final result of all the work, my wife and I couldn't be happier.Brandon was very responsive to answering texts and calls during the entire process. I do recommend MichConn and will use them in the future.

I highly recommend MichConn Property services. Not only was the owner quick to come out and access the damage from the storm but he also took down the hanging gutter to make it safe. Michconn owners came out immediately,to inspect your homes wind and Strom damage.secured the damage areas.replaced the entire roof in 2 days,replaced three high end windows. I highly recommend using MichConn! My grandma's kitchen had water coming in from her skylights. They came out that same day to inspect it, and we're able to get it covered! The leak was so bad it damaged alot of the wood underneath. Luckily, they were able to work with her insurance company to get most of the work covered AND were able to get the rest financed!
