From start to finish my experience with Mr. Roof has been very positive. Danny my salesman and the installers made the whole process seamless and they were very professional. I had a minor issue and they were out the very next day to fix it. Also had an exhaust fan installed a year after my roof was completed and they came out right away and coordinated with my electrician to get this done. I would highly recommend Mr. Roof. to anyone that needs a new roof.

Paid a premium price for higher quality materials and lifetime guarantee if Mr. Roof 5 year inspection plan is followed. Hopefully this increased our home value and Mr. Roof still in business down the road. Installation complete in a day with thorough clean up. Service tech promptly sent to check out/remediate any concerns.

Not even 10 days post replacement, we have a leak with drywall damage. Our roof wasn’t leaking before replacement. We called to report the issue to be asked “is this emergent?” Well, I suppose that depends if interior damage is urgent. It was during the weekend when we realized the leak and when we called but we were assured a tech. would call us. Not one person followed up or reached out on the day that we reported it. We will see if anything changes tomorrow. Not impressed/happy.

The team of guys showed up at 8am on the dot! They laid their tarps, situated the dumpster, got all the supplies together and were on the roof by 8:30. We had a tough tear-off as our home had 3 old roof layers and a lot of bad wood underneath. Besides a lunch break, these guys worked non stop for 12 hours! They did an amazing job with clean up afterward. The guys were very professional and respectful of our home and property. They did a great job!

My interaction with Mr. Roof's sales team fell short. Their lack of professionalism was immediately evident, and their follow-up was lacking. Despite offering a coupon, their prices remained unreasonably high. Additionally, they seemed more focused on sales tactics rather than providing quality roofing services, resorting to offering discounts in exchange for placing a sign in my yard. I wouldn't recommend them for roofing projects.

My aunt recommended Mr. Roof after purchasing a new roof in 2019. I called for an estimate and had someone out within the same week. The salesperson was not pushy and never tried to up-sell me on any other products or services. Mr Roof arrived within a week of signing the contract. The crew arrived at 7:30 sharp! Eric and his team was extremely professional and took extra time to prep. The Gutter crew arrived the very next day and was done within 2 hours! I am extremely satisfied with everything! Highly recommended!

I really thought I liked Mr Roof but I feel as though my family and I were deceived. We are still cleaning up pieces of the last roof from around the house. We paid in full so we thought we were getting a discount but basically we didn’t get proper servicing. Our gutters weren’t put back in the same position which caused flooding in our basement. Some gutters are still falling off of the house. Although, I thought we were getting new gutters but that was the discount. New roof, old gutters. I called to get it figured out but she took a week or more to call me back and told us there is nothing that they can do about this. We would’ve continued to shop around if we knew we weren’t getting a full service. I just don’t trust them anymore. Use them at your own risk. Everything will not be discussed. Friendly but deceitful.

I just Loved Mr. Roof- Ann Arbor they were so helpful and very friendly and did an Amazing Job and very quickly.Matt was Great , answered all my questions and told me alot of things I didn't even know about my roof. I would highly recommed them and Matt , Field Manager for a Job Well done and they are really willing to work with you. I really like the underlayment that I chose as well as the top of the line shingles. The roof fan, that is solar, is great. Also, I like the lifetime warranty and the fact that you use your own installers and do not farm it out. The installers showed up on time and worked tirelessly to install my roof in 12 hours which included excellent clean up. The Site Mgr was very friendly and answered all questions that I asked. They did my mother’s roof, and the workers took a brick from the curve and put it by our driveway for their stepping stool and it cracked the driveway and caused severe damage over time. They are not taking accountability and do not want to repair it. I called several times and talk to rude vice president Rob Starr who is trying to offer us $300 which is nonsense because that will not cover anything. Then when I explain the situation, he tells me the low ball offer is retracted. Horrible business and would not recommend!! They damage your property and say they not liable.

Marty and his wonderful crew did a great job on siding my house and garage. The siding is quality insulated siding.The workers were courteous and went the extra mile at all times.They even offered to help me carry things to my house from the garage. They even took all my old siding out of the garage and disposed of it. I highly recommend the product and Marty and his crew.

George, the salesman was friendly, honest and pointed out details that others did not. The price was fair and competitive. The fact that Mr. Roof has been around for a LONG time and isn't going to be out of business in a year or two if there was a problem and I needed to use the warranty. The work was done quickly and everything was spotless when they finished. Very pleased with my new roof.

George H. was great 👍🏽When the installation crew arrived everyone that I interacted with was very friendly during the process. Pretty good job on the roof. Terrible sales on windows, sold incorrect screens for said windows, and 7+ months later (and a lot of grief, and back & forth with the company and manufacturer), I finally have screens that fit! Needless to say, I probably will not do business with Mr. Roof for any future outdoor household remodeling/updating needs. Ugh!!!

Had the roof done 2 months ago. Then had the siding done. The trim on the roof is messed up and the siding is not even. Shoddy work for the cost of this stuff these days. I think the reason is too many hands. Got to knock everything out in 4 hours. Call them to see if I could get repairs no response.

I'd like to say I have a great experience with Mr roof I dealt with Ryan Beisel whom came to my house was very knowledgeable and friendly n up front n honest,I told him I had 3 others companies coming a he knew about how much the others were goin to tell me almost to the tee of what he guessed....and after I was done with the quotes I knew I would be going with mr.roof... best price around by far... after talking with Ryan again to let him know I was going to take his price with in a week or got the call they were coming to install my roof they came the next day ...the crew was awesome n friendly took care of the stuff that needed to be covered n before u knew it they were cleaned up n done very Thorough in their job in the clean up....roof looks great n I'm happy with the total process n how things were handled....great job I would recommend Mr roof to anyone that needs a roof donegreat jobthank youLeo G

Mr. Roof did such a professional job. Several of my neighbors were having their roofs replaced at the same time and they all said they wished their roofer approached the job like Mr Roof. For example Mr. Roof had a dedicated lift truck that raised to the roof to handle the debris while the other roofers just threw it off the roof crushing my neighbors plants and damaging the gutters. Mr Roof has a dedicated truck w/ all the tools and materials to fix roof damage, while I watched the other roofers just shingle over water damaged wood. I can go on and on, our sales rep went through the differentiators video during the estimate and it was all true. The crew was extremely professional and respectful of our property as well.

They broke our gutter then said they'll replace it since we "think" they freaking did it. They have a big magnet, but didn't use it because the number of nails we have found is ridiculous! My son almost landed on a pile in the front yard! They hid aluminum behind my son's toy box, under a box he almost got cut on! I ended up with a nail in my dang tire! They are trying to over charging & arguing that my dad isn't financing, but he is! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY! YALL LUCKY MY SON DIDN'T GET HURT. An efficient and professional crew removed the old roof, installed the new roof and cleaned up the yard debris all in one day. Roof looks great and new attic fans are helping to keep the attic and house noticeably cooler. Very pleased. Price was competitive vs other roofing companies too.
