Chris Conrad is very responsive and creative. I called about replacing and repairing roofing on my 2-story storage building/garage with premium materials and also to discuss other ideas about maintaining my building. He had a number of great ideas, some of which I could do myself. His quote system worked well. Drew, Marcus, and "little" Marcus did a great job roofing my garage and re-flashing the chimney, which had never been properly flashed in the first place. The price of the work was also great. I would not hesitate to go to him again for my next job.

Best you can get!It’s hard to get a contractor to call you back these days. But Chris, the owner of Conrad Consulting and Remodeling, was standing in my yard looking at the storm damage to our 145-year-old Victorian before the insurance adjuster even finished our estimate. Chris clearly knew what he was talking about, but he wanted to be sure about what we needed. So, while others gave me quick, vague guesses while looking up at my house, Chris sent Kevin to make sure everything was inspected properly. Kevin spent nearly an hour, on the upper flat roof, lower mansard roof, the lowest back roof, and the roofs over the bay windows. When he came down he showed me the pictures he took and explained what had been damaged by the storm, what was just normal wear and tear, and what needed to be repaired. Kevin got back to me with a clear, detailed estimate of exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Better yet, the final cost was less than the estimate! Seriously! Does this ever happen?!Yes, it took a little to get crews on my roof. But Chris had a summer full of jobs scheduled before I called him, and my job was no small task. Still, both Chris and Keven kept in touch with me, updated as to how their other jobs were going, and kept me posted as to when they thought they could get to my roof. And, during that time helped me gather the information I needed for my insurance agency.When the crews came, they did things the right way and they did them quickly. It takes a 40 ft latter to get to the lower edge of our mansard roof (look at the attached photos). But it didn’t faze Marcus and Marcus. They got up there and made short work of big roof repairs. They did an excellent job, without making a mess of our yard, and knocked it all out in one day. Jeff picked up the left-over materials the next morning and you couldn’t even tell a work crew had been there.Mike came a few days later and, like those before him, knocked out an amazing amount of work and finished our chimney in one day. This guy hauled brick and mortar to the third-floor roof and completely redid a 145-year-old chimney in one day. Spectacular!Chris and his crew were well worth the wait. They did what they said they would do, knocked it out quickly, kept me informed as to how things were going, made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done, and finished it all for less than their first estimate. I can’t say enough about Chris and Eric and the perseverance from both of them to help me complete my 104 year Victorian home project. This old house was desperately in need of a major overhaul including replacing most of the cedar boards and doorways, total rebuilding of porches and hand rails, windows, roofing, and 3 color paint theme. When working with Chris and Eric I asked to keep the original look including all the spindles and decretive woodwork. Knowing I needed to replace the doors, windows, roof, decks, etc. I was able to stumble across Conrad Consulting & Remodeling by chance. I had over 5 contractors look this project over and it was obviously out of there league. Chris and Eric listened, communicated, and delivered in a timely fashion in every aspect of this old house. Including the overall cost of the project. They were on time. fast, neat friendly and professional and did quality work at a very reasonable price. They also have worked with my shortened timeframe. I’m thrilled with the job they did and would work with them again and would recommend them to my family and friends. This window is at grade level, so over a foot of cement had to be cut through This window allowed me to have four bedrooms overall, and a very nice guest room. No one wants a windowless guest room. They also had to take the siding off, which they replaced perfectly. Lastly, I like ve in a stand alone condo and had to get everything approved by the jr board. We were so pleased with this company. Chris was wonderful from the beginning. We had an egress window installed. The project took exactly 3 days (as Chris stated it would) Eric was always on time. They kept us informed with what was going on and what was completed everyday. They cleaned up everything and made sure they had mats down on the carpet (and took their shoes off inside) which was a huge plus for me. We definitely will be using Conrad consulting & remodeling in the future!

I had a horrible leak in my roof, which I found out was not covered by Insurance. Being a new widow I do not have the means to replace my roof. Conrad and his amazing team came to my rescue, then tarped my roof and secured it to make it through the winter. I appreciate that Conrad gave me alternatives to prevent further damage from occurring. He was very honest and thorough when inspecting the damage. He offered affordable options. I contacted several groups to install new siding on my house. Josh the project manager was the most responsive out of all of them, he answered all my questions and showed up when he said he was going to.Chris the owner stayed in touch with me through the whole install to make sure I was happy.The installers Greg and Leisha were fantastic, they did a great job and really went above and beyond for us.I am very happy with how the project turned out and I think you will be hard pressed to find another company that puts so much emphasis on customer service.

I had my roof and windows replaced by Chris and his people. I have been very impressed and have been stopped in my yard by neighbors and given many compliments. With the roof and windows making such a large difference for the house, I ended up getting new doors for the backyard entrances. Communication has been great. The extra care with the window installation, along with the detailed demonstration on how they worked let me know I made the right choice. I have noticed how nice the house feels now and how quiet it is inside. That is a reflection on how much I needed new windows and how well Chris delivered. We had tree damage to our roof and opted for a full replacement. Thank goodness we found Conrad! They had quite the job to do too. Our roof was almost 30 years old and falling apart. The crew did the job in a day and a half, and that included taking the old shingles off, replacing old rotten boards, and then laying down the new roof. And the roof looks great! Chis made sure everything turned out amazing if we were not happy it got fixed he was 100% guaranteed if you didn't like the work the team fixed it . Very nice and polite cleaned up the mess. Chris and his crews did an excellent job! I had a very challenging job. Entire new multi level roof with a ton of peaks and valleys and a whole house full of windows with gutters. Price was competitive and fair. Everything was done before original estimated completion time even with cold weather challenges and the inevitable surprises on my 110 year old farm house. I added a couple of changes (of course) outside of the original work order and they took it right in stride and the additional cost was very reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend them and will hire them for the upcoming siding job. Chris is very reachable, personable responsive and his crews are professional and respectful onsite. Their clean up was thorough and left the site clean each day. Something else I appreciated very much is Conrad Consulting treated me like a good returning customer. I have interacted with many contractors for this project and I am, many times, left with the impression that because building and contracting is quite busy, they don't need my work. From my initial inquiry on Facebook Chris and his team never once gave me that impression. Go with a company that you can appreciate and that appreciates you. I wasn't a returning customer on this job but I will be on the next one.

I called Conrad Consulting & Remodeling regarding a bathroom remodel of a very dated bathroom that had its share of issues.Chris was able to come out in just a day or so to give me a quote on the job. The quote we received was very reasonable for the amount of work needed.The worker Jim was incredibly sufficient, timely, and detail oriented with his work. He arrived every morning right at 9 and got straight to work. My bathroom was completed in exactly 5 business days as he started on a Tuesday and it was completed the following Tuesday.Chris came out again on the last day of the job to help haul away and I couldn’t be more pleased to also know I hired a company that really cares for their community. Our toilet was replaced in the bathroom remodel even tho it was a newer toilet. Upon haul-away Chris asked if we were sure we didn’t want it (we didn’t) and asked if he could take it to donate to Habitat. Absolutely!You really can’t go wrong with Conrad. Great communication, great work ethic, great prices, and even better people.

We had Conrad Consulting out to give an estimate on having our asphalt roof replaced. The representative that stopped by was very nice and informative. We were Very happy with the complete tear off and replacement of the shingles the crew worked non stop from morning until about 430 and completed the entire project. The cost to replace my roof was lower than we thought it would be, and the job was done much quicker than we had ever expected. The roofing team was excellant. Chris and his crew did a great job installing our new roof and gutters. They came out in the middle of winter to install as we were having leak issues. We asked Chris to come out and give us a bid on metal roof accents for new construction. I had already gotten a couple of other bids which took a while to actually receive.
