We bought our house Oct 2022. We were told by the inspector that our 2 yr old roof wasn't installed properly and to get a roofing specialist out "sooner rather than later". Mark was absolutely awesome! He was so friendly and professional. He came out and looked at the roof. He fixed the shingles that were lifting and fixed the flashing that was bent due to nails being inserted diagonally. My husband and I didn't know what to expect in terms of replacement/repair cost. Mark didn't charge us anything and told us that the roof would last us 20 years. No games and no trying to sell us something that wasn't needed. I have nothing but great things to say about Dave at Sherriff Goslin Roofing!! My wife and I found some leaks in our attic so we contacted Sherriff Goslin Roofing and they sent Dave out the next day. He checked out are Roof while we were at work found a missing shingle on the ridge cap and fixed it! He also found some issues with my flashing around our chimney and threw a few tubes of caulk on it for us and we hadn't even met him yet! He came out that night again and met with us to go over what he had found. He showed us some pictures of are issues and was very professional and informative not just selling but explaining in detail the issues and what he can do to help us out! He even came over and threw up a tarp on the backside of our roof a couple days later without us even asking!! just to help us out until we were able to get are roof fixed. It just goes to show they care about the people there helping it's not just about what they can sell! Quality people = honest and quality work! I would definitely recommend Sherriff Goslin Roofing to anyone and will be using them for any of my future roofing needs!!

I had wind damage and lost several shingles in a number of locations. I was going to repair it myself because I thought it would be difficult to find someone to help with such a small job. I decided not to do it myself and called Sherriff Goslin Roofing. I talked to Mark who was driving at the time and told me that he would get back to me. The next evening Kim called at around 5 and left a message. I called her back at 7:30 and left her a message. About 15 minutes later, Mark arrives at my house. I showed him the missing shingles and he said I'll fix it right now.So about an hour later he finishes the job in the dark.My wife and I were amazed and almost stunned. I asked for a bill and he said just skip it this time. The work he did was flawless. I have never used Sherriff Goslin before but now they will be my only call! I called Sherriff Goslin because of a small roof leaf and Mark was there the following morning to take a look. After giving me 3 different options, Mark recommended the cheapest option and took care of the issue the same day. He even cleaned out the gutters for me so I didn't have to climb on the roof. For practically the price of a meal, I have my leak repaired and my gutters cleaned. Had them put a roof on my house. It leaked and they refused to repair the roof. Said it was the chimney. Had that fixed, chimney guy said that it was shoddy work by roofer. Would never, ever have them as a roofer again!! Some of the shingles have come off, too.Service: Roof installation

I previously left review on how SG wanted to replace half our roof in order to fix a valley. Roof needs replacement 5-10 years. After review, Mark Williams the manager, requested to come out to see what's up. This guy knows Everything about roofs and is a wealth of knowledge. He came back on his day off and not only re-did valley, but patched 5 other valleys as they were starting to wear. No Charge! We were especially happy about the professionalism, patience and kindness shown to my grandparents even when they had a lot of questions! During the whole process, Dave was quick to respond back when we had any questions. My Husband and I felt it was time for our house to get a new rubber roof, thinking the one we had might not have much more life left in it. Dave took time out of his evening to come and do an assessment, and provided us with some great news. Our rubber roof wasn’t in as bad of shape as we thought. His visit was very informative and he provided us with some tips to even extend the life of our roof, along with referring us to another company that specialized in rubber roofs. We went with Sherriff-Goslin for two reasons--we knew that we would get a quality roof, and because of Dave. Dave is awesome! Dave is truly caring. At our first meeting I appreciated his honesty, and that we didn't feel any pressure. He is a person who is easy to feel comfortable and at home with. He kept us informed during every step of the process. After deciding to go with Sherriff-Goslin, and before the installation of the new roof, there were a couple of days of very heavy rains that our old roof just couldn't handle. Even though it we decided pretty late in the year to get a new roof installed, Dave moved us way up in the schedule in order to take care of us and our home. Dave and his team came out on a Saturday to get our new roof installed. He pointed out what they were doing every step of the way. It felt like he didn't just care about our roof, but about us. Very down to earth and take time to get to know you and where you are coming from. From there Dave was able to assess the situation realistically. No frills and no pressure to buy a new roof. Was able, thankfully, to repair shingles from the wind storm, gave me a quote of what we might be looking at for a new roof. Called the late in the day after I got home from work. Was about to squeeze me in the next day. From a person who just bought the house, he was and to answer any questions and concerns I had. Dave was very helpful with the insurance company. He sat down with us and went through all the shingle options and told us about every single one to help us make the right choice. The work was done in 2 days and everything was cleaned up before the crew left. Dave came back in a couple days to do a final inspection to make sure that everything was done right and that we were happy with the work. I will tell everybody I know to call your company when they need to have a new roof put on. I want to say thank you to Dave again for stopping by when he saw the damage on the roof and for working with the insurance company like he did.

I called the toll-free number. I received a quick call back. I asked about an wetspot in my ceiling. Even though I was out of warranty Dave came out the same day to look at my roof. The roof was fine but there was some gaps around chimney. Dave calked the gaps. We have had heavy rains since and all is great. Dave provided exceptional service.

It was a pleasure and good learning experience working with Dave the Sheriff-Goslin team. They help me understand and showed me many examples of how to determine if a roof needs to be repaired, plus many different styles/feature/benefits of different roofing materials.The install was a 2-3 day event,. The team was hard working and wanted to work later into the evening but kids go to bed at 8:00 so they stopped by 7:30pm.We did have a concern with some debris, tools, and appearance but that was resolved within 12 hours. They arrived onsite, took care of the concerns and also mentioned they were not 100% complete with the job prior to that and they knew they had thing to finish up.Good team to work with and I would highly recommend them.

We had a leak appear in the hallway upstairs following some storm activity. I called Sherriff Goslin Roofing and left a message requesting a call back to set up an appointment. Dave Versluis called me back within a few hours. He came out the next day and checked out my leak. He climbed all the way into my attic (no easy feat) to fully assess the situation. He took pictures to show me the issue and was able to make the repair right away. I am very happy with the service I received and I will definitely be giving him a call when we replace our roof next year.

Where do I start? This company seemed to bend over backward for me every time I turned around! The salesman was very personable, but professional as well. Great communication! The roof was a total tear off and install the new one. They completed all this IN ONE DAY! Installation was very well done down to the tiniest details. This company made me feel like I was their only client. Later when the insurance check to pay for their service was delayed, I was not hounded for payment. Very, very happy with the roof and how everything was handled. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Bad service after roof installation.30 year roof after 21 years has a 6' long bad valley. Roof to be replaced 7-10 years. Sherriff Goslin refused to do this easy repair unless the Whole half of roof a GOOD roof is replaced!? Makes no sense, unless it is to sell roof job that is unneeded now.
