I had a truly great experience working with this company and they will have all my future business.I needed a new hot water heater and main water value. Ryan came out quickly to give an estimate, he was thorough, honest, and gave a reasonable quote. The day of installation was delayed due to the city having trouble turning off the main so the valve could be replaced. Bulford added a third person to complete the job in one day, which I'm very grateful for since it was a Friday and I dreaded the idea of being without hot water all weekend. Dylan, Derek and Leo worked hard to get it done and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Great guys, great company. Thank you so much!!

EDIT:Hired Buford again when we had a sump pump that failed in our home. Once again they exceeded expectations with their professionalism and kindness. I had LEO and DYLAN came to our house and quickly installed the sump pump without ANY problems. RYAN also diagnosed the issue quickly and explained the issue to Leo and Dylan . They have continued to keep us happy. Will always recommend BUFORD PLUMBING!!!!Buford because we had a pipe burst in our house. They did not have anyone available at this time, but would send over when the appointment was done. To our surprise, Ryan showed up at our door with in a half-hour! Found out he was in the office and our call sounded pretty frantic so made the decision to come to our house!!!! THANK YOU RYAN!!!!! He quickly found the problem, and fixed it. Ryan gave us some tips to prevent this from happening again. Wonderful company and wonderful employees!!!

Thank you Burford Plumbing and Heating! I have used their services 3 times. I am glad I did. :) the first was too install a water heater.... did an excellent job and was a fair price. Second time was a pcv pipe again fair price and good service. Third time was too look at my sub-pump.... looked at it and said it was fine. 100% honesty LOVE IT! I really appericate EVERYTHING you have done for me and my home. I FULLY recommend Burford to anyone as I would always use them.

Always a pleasure doing business with Burford's. They have replaced a water heater and high efficiency furnance in the past several years, and now all the plumbing in our basement. They were prompt, easy to deal with and completed the job in the time frame specified. We would highly recommend them. Derek and Dylan were the two young men who did the repairs after a pipe burst in the upstairs shower. They were thorough, did a great job. What impressed me most was how respectful they were. They cleaned up, closed doors behind them, communicated what they were doing, and represented their employer very well. They also found another issue, and fixed that while they had everything opened up and accessible. Burford has a new customer for any future needs and their price was fair.

Had them quote a replacement for my 20 year old furnace. They were by far the lowest quote by well over $750 less than the others. Within a week of making the 50% cost of service deposit I had my new furnace installed. It took them only around 4 hours or so to remove my old furnace and get the new one installed. Furnace is whisper quiet and even gives my old central air a boost with the higher efficiency blower. So far I am ultra happy with the install and I do not anticipate any issues this winter. Highly recommended.

Burford has always given excellent service whenever needed! Work on my boiler and water heater after being completely submerged in a flood in my basement saved me from needing to replace either unit. Also work in my kitchen installing a sink and faucet as well as fixing a clog in my drain line. I asked for an estimate to fix a previous bathroom remodel of a handicap shower completed by another company. It was promised numerous times by Matt the owner to give an estimate after inspecting my home. It was determined that the previous remodel was incorrect and had caused a leak under the shower floor, rotting the subfloor and needing to replace the entire bathroom. Matt promised more times than I can count now to get me the estimate and never followed through. I ended up having a toilet leak, which Matt determined to be part of the original problem due to the rotting subfloor causing the toilet to become uneven. I was billed for that service after being told it would be part of the estimate to fix the entire situation, however I never received the estimate or any further contact from Matt.I ended up being taken to court after not paying for this service, and now am stuck paying for a job that still isn't corrected properly. In the long run, I found another contractor because of Matt not responding to me who ran off with my money. I am still without a properly functioning bathroom and out of lots of money that could have been prevented had Matt done his job.Thanks a lot Burford Plumbing & Heating, not.*By the looks of the Google reviews, their employee gives a great 5 star review. I'm glad they treat their employees better than their customers*

The company came out and reviewed my project - I was extremely clear on exactly what I wanted done. Part of it was something they don't usually do but he assured me they could do in my case. In contacting them to clarify the project and set up a time for the work to be done, the man (who came to my house) said they don't usually do a certain part - I reminded him of our conversation and he agreed. He then sent me another quote withing minutes (after he had already sent one - after his visit with all info and understanding of what was to be done) and he raised the price two hundred dollars - he added a service call which was not on the first quote. In talking to the office, I received the run around and they took no responsibility for what they had agreed to. Very unprofessional and it felt like the old bait and switch. Would never use them. The PCV drain pipe for our kitchen sink has a clog and drains very slowly.I called Buford to come out and clean out the pipe with a cleaner snake.They couldn't get to the clog with their snake.So they charged us $95 for a service call and left.Our drain pipe is still clogged.Service: Drain cleaning

They are the best! One winter day I woke up to a cold house. 60° and I couldn't get my furnace to work. Someone came right out found what was wrong, went and got the part that had gone bad and had the furnance up and running in the matter of hours. They are the best. Very friendly and helpful. Update.12/17/2021 They are still the best. After a power outage my furnace would not work. Within 2 hours of calli g them. they we at my house and found the problem, got the part and had me going again. Everybody is pleasant and friendly. They were responsilible of my property and of me. I highly recommend them to anybody.
