My family and I went with Advantage Roofing to install a standing seam metal roof on our new home. This will be our forever home so we wanted a roof that will last a lifetime. With the top quality materials and professional installation that we received from Advantage Roofing, we are confident that we will never have to worry about replacing our roof in our lifetime. Jason V was very honest and helpful with all of our questions before, during, and after installation. The crew was very professional and hard working. Our extremely positive experience started and ended with Chad from their sales staff. Chad was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful with timely communication and an eagerness to answer all of our questions. He even helped us walk through some of the details with our insurance company. Our three person installation crew worked straight through the project with great attention to detail. They were super friendly and engaging and clearly knew their craft. At the end of the project, we were very happy with the results. We received follow-up from Advantages office staff, their management staff, and from Chad to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Advantage Roofing had done great job repairing leaks in my roof around dormers. I finally had to admit that the previous roofers did a poor job of flashing and finishing and called for a quote. Even though this was a relatively small Job Dan Westcott visited and took his time measuring, inspecting, and then explaining the process. I appreciated his attention to detail and ensuring that I knew what to expect. He stopped to check up on things during the work and also after. I appreciate the contact and attention of a real living person. The crew did a great job and I feel like my leaking roof problems have been solved. Black soffit/fascia & gray siding looks fantastic with our black gutters & downspouts. The crew got the job done in 1 week, it was crazy. Even fixed a hole in the OCB behind our gas meter. Advantage installed a new roof 10 years ago and it still looks great! Recently they installed vinyl siding on the whole house. I couldn't be happier! Their work is outstanding, and the crew was very friendly and attentive. It was a difficult job with tight corners and required a lot of custom aluminum work. I've closely inspected the whole project and their craftsmanship is superior. TJ, the sales consultant, kept in touch with me through the whole process, jumped through several hoops, and went above and beyond to make sure it was the best possible experience. He made the process of choosing the right products and services a breeze and made several stops at my home to make sure everything was correct. My roof repair was needed due to tree damage. As it happened the entire roof needed to be replaced after the tree removal. I sought 3 quotes and decided on Advantage mostly because of Jesse's customer service. He was honest and kept me from paying for unnecessary repairs. It didn't stop at the quote. He worked diligently with my insurance to be sure I received the coverage I am entitled to through my contract. I can't say enough great things about the team as a whole. They were quick and clean. We got the surprise of having to replace our roof and gutters on the house we had just purchased. We shopped around and found Advantage to be very knowledgeable and priced in our budget. TJ was a big help with getting us set up with what we needed, and was happy to accommodate the timeline we requested for the project. He responded quickly to questions and was always happy to help. When the day arrived and roofers showed up we were so happy to become acquainted with the crew. Carlos and his team were amazing. Carlos went above and beyond our expectations and helped us problem solve a bat problem they came across during the project. He made a very stressful situation, less stressful and feel manageable. I had called a few local business's to do some repair work after an ice storm. Advantage was quick to respond and quick to send someone out for our free estimate. Mark and Tj were absolutely wonderful through the entire project and extremely helpful when it came to choosing our roofing and siding. We opted to do a complete color change, and all the info they provided made our selections super easy. Both gentlemen were great with communication through the entire process, and even suggested some upgrades that helped bring the final project together in a way my wife and I both LOVE! As we all know, dealing with insurance claims can be a very tough process, and even the project itself can become frustrating (they don’t happen overnight) but the team at Advantage was excellent in making sure my wife and I fully understood the process and challenges we were facing.
