They were great!! They even had to do it twice. A tree fell on my brand new roof. The owner helped get our insurance to pay to fix it.

Sorry but I just can’t believe these scammers are still in business!!!! I’ve left previous reviews from my experience in 2020/2021. Never had a chance to actually use them because they took my down payment and kept delaying the project. Finally just decided to move on with someone else and forfeit my deposit. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Any good reviews for this company must either be relatives or smoking crack!!! Estimator Justin was very detailed, polite and genuine. Their price was extremely fair and the details were impressive. The install crew was great. Turnkey help us install new siding, repaint window frames and install new soffit. From the estimation process through construction their estimators and crew were very responsive. We really appreciated Derek - the crew foreman's work ethic and pride in his work. Dylan, one of the owners was frequently on site to ensure satisfaction and course-correct when needed. Almost a year later we had a small section of siding come loose and Dylan was only a text away to have his crew fix it on time for a graduation open-house. Neighbors & guests who had seen the before and after have been very complementary of their job. In addition - Dylan and his wife have build the business from the ground up, working hard their way through the trades and supporting each other. Always refreshing to be in the hands of someone who has worked hard, knows each trade he hires, cares and takes so much pride in the quality of their work.

My wife and I hired Turnkey to do a complex deck repair and home staining project. Throughout, we found Turnkey Builders professional, prompt and highly skilled. Dylan, the owner and Jordan, the project manager showed personal interest in the project throughout and were helpful and flexible. They had my old roof removed and my new metal roof installed in half the time I expected. They also beat every other quote that I have gotten in the past. Update: After reading review and our stopping pmt Mr. Dylan West returned to address all our issues and assured us all would be corrected by Turnkey crews.Overspray was cleaned up. Roofing issues were taken care of as promised. Wood siding was repainted in the technique that was spec’d and it looks great! Turnkey Crews worked hard and were extremely courteous as they corrected the subcontractors mess. We do have some blotchiness on the painted brick bc touch-ups we’re done with a diff sheen and not all were retouched with corrected paint. The front door still has paint pulling up and it appears the original issue was not scraped or sanded as needed and we do have overspray in different areas. At this point we are moving on. Mr. West did discount our invoice by 1k off the original 7+k for the painting. We agreed to amend this review when job was completed.We chose Turnkey to do our roof and to paint the exterior of our house. Justin gave a very detailed proposal/bid of both jobs and stressed that when you hire Turnkey you get their own crews that are full time, paid fairly, insured etc. this was a big selling point for us and made up for the fact they were higher than our other bids.During the proposal process communication was amazing. Once deposit made on both jobs- communication took a big nose dive.Roof was completed late fall- looks great after a couple of call backs for some minor things overlooked. Crews were great.Painting was for this spring- weather has been less than cooperative, but we did NOT push for a start date. Once job was clear to start communication was not great. Again, we were understanding, bc of the weather. Job starts and stops several times leaving our home less than secure, but we realize they have no control over weather. Then we learn it is a sub contracted crew- no notice of this from Turnkey, so we had no opportunity to decline subcontractors nvm that was not what we were sold. The crew sent out had their own processes and techniques which were much less labor intensive than we were bid, again this was not communicated to us by Turnkey but Dylan did admit after the fact it was a much less labor intensive technique. In the end the house looks great, but we discussed our concerns with lack of transparency, communication etc. Dylan West offered canned excuses, but made no offer to adjust the bottom line for the admitted less labor intensive job or to offer anything to make up the fact that we were mislead. He actually expected full pmt for what was bid, not delivered, before the paint was even dry. We could’ve refused, but that would just mean the crew wouldn’t get Pd for the job. At this point I don’t even know if the roofing crews were Turnkey employees.Sadly, even though the end results of both jobs look great, due to the lack of transparency, communication and a unwillingness to fix bidding error on their part we will not be using or recommending Turnkey going forward.

They did an excellent job on the roof, and the staff are easy to work with and pretty flexible with changes. I would give a perfect five stars but, like many building companies, many of their employees are on 1099s rather than W2s. Some of those employees did not give full attention to detail. There were tire tracks through the yard, divots in the sod from plywood sheets thrown off the roof, and a fair bit of trash blown about the yard. Some other contracted tasks were not complete or done incorrectly, such as neglecting to remove mold from the rafters during redecking or loosely connecting a bathroom vent with duct tape. All in all, this company is a good choice for those who are willing to pay a little more for to have financing available, and will do a comparable job to any other builder.

We must say that we were very impressed from start to finish on our roof replacement. Some people may think that a skill trades job can be done by anyone but that couldn't be further from the truth. My husband and I knew after seeing 5 different roofers for estimates that we hit the jack pot with Turnkey Builders. The exemplary service started with the sales pitch and ended with a perfectly completed roof with outstanding craftsmanship and cleanup! The sales alone were by far the best to date. Not only did Wes explain the process of the roof replacement but he also showed us cutting edge videos of the Owens Corning product which explained how the product stands up to the 50 year warranty. Going through so many estimates was daunting because lets be honest, this is our home! We wanted the best for the best and that was Turnkey. They not only came in with the best product out there in market but also the best price outdoing their competitors by thousands! Communication is a big thing for me and no matter when I called or how small of a question I had they were right there answering it until I was satisfied. When they say that their number one goal is the customer, NOT the bottom line, they truly mean it! They arrived on job 2 weeks early and completed the job swiftly without a hiccup. My husband even crawled on top of our roof after completion and inspected since he is also a skills trade worker and we only found the smallest issue with the rake edge not being even in very few spots. Guess what? Turnkey was right back out here to fix that right up without the smallest excuse! They stand by their work and their word and their number one goal is the customer's happiness and to be honest we couldn't be more happy! We are so lucky a company like this exists because we are certain we not only received the roof we paid for but we also received the courtesy and respect that most companies do not strive to provide. If you are reading this ....... still lol ........ do not hesitate to call Turnkey Builders. That will be the best phone call you make all year!

I hired Turnkey to paint the walls, ceilings, and trim on 3 rooms, and a small hallway. The estimator, Jason was friendly and very easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions.Then the fun part> A color consultant, Kris, came to help me pick-out colors. She was creative, and we spent 2 hours looking a pallets of color. I love what we picked out.Jordon and Jayce were the painters who came and painted. My house is absolutely renewed from what is was when we started. I felt totally at ease leaving both guys in my home, even when I went to work. They were so tidy and friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I am basing this review on three factors: communication, costs, and work completed.Communication with Turnkey was pretty problematic. When we first contacted them we were collecting estimates from various local companies and also were in the process of applying for a home equity loan. We received numerous requests from them for a deposit ‘so we can set a project date,’ and I kept explaining that we were waiting for our loan. During the process of securing estimates the tub installation was the least expensive through Turnkey by a couple hundred compared to other local places while getting air vents installed was more expensive by almost a thousand dollars. Vanity installation was also twice as much as we were quoted by a local service. We thought that was pretty crazy. I later asked them about hooking up our new dishwasher while they were there and they quoted me at nine! hundred dollars more than the company I ended up using. I ended up calling someone else because we had no water/sink in the kitchen for two days while we waited for their quote. I received it when the plumber was already there though they were there too working on the tubs. Their process of job estimates is apparently skewed at best. It pays to shop around.Back to communication, questions about the project were often delayed but once answered were quickly followed up with a request for a deposit so a ‘date could be set.’ Multiple times but I kept explaining we were waiting on our home loan. This was late September.Once we got the loan I promptly made a deposit and order tubs, surrounds, etc. but then was never getting a response about the much referenced project start date though I made my deposit. After a couple of weeks of not getting a date I requested my deposit back as by this time my two tubs and surrounds we’re delivered and taking up a lot of space in our modest sized house. This was mid October and after demanding my deposit back they finally gave me a start date of January 15th. I explained that with the repeated requests for the deposit and offer of a start date I did not realize the date would be that far out and having these extra tubs and such was making our living space very cramped. They apologized and said they would make arrangements to store our items which they never made good on. I only followed up just once about that and gave up after two times being told they would store it and not following through.Then, in November they called on a Tuesday and wanted to start the very next day! No notice or explanations. We agreed due to our cramped conditions. Communication was problematic with questions about the project not getting answered quickly or them not waiting for responses to questions they asked us and going ahead with what they wanted (I got back to them within a half hour!) but bills or work orders being sent very promptly. Sometimes within ten minutes of the work crew leaving my house.Unfortunately one tub did leak we found after a week. The showering was ok but if you filled the tub it leaked and this ruined my husband’s ands keyboard in the basement when the water dripped down on it. Even more unfortunate was that we noticed this the week of Christmas and it took three calls to get them to commit to coming out the Monday after the holiday.On a positive note- The upstairs shower works great, they made a good effort to clean up after the projects, and they were nice enough to cover up my husband’s drum set so that it did not get covered in dust and debris while they worked. However, the communication and outrageous quotes on a few projects were not desirable. Use this company at your own risk and definitely get more than one estimate for each individual project. We got new tubs, vents, vanities, and also the dishwasher hooked up but only one of their estimates was even nearly comparable to other local businesses so we only had them do our tubs. The other estimates were 800-1,000 more for the other remodel needs we had.

Turnkey Builders were asked to come to our home for a quote on moss abatement on our roof. Their sales tactics were extremely hard sell, bordering on harassment. They took advantage of my husband, who is disabled senior citizen, suffering from PTSD and was heavily medicated after a recent back surgery. The salesman, Justin, continued to badger my husband for over 2 hours, telling him the horrors that would befall our home if we didn't replace the roof immediately. The minute that I turned my back on the situation, Justin, conned $3,000 out of my husband, and had him sign what my husband thought was a quote for the abatement. My husband asked at that time for a copy of what he had signed on Justins tablet, he was told by Justing that he would email us a copy when he returned to the office. He had a tablet.... he could have emailed it to us while still in our home. Obviously, he knew that he was taking money from us under false pretenses. As it turns out, Justin was having his sign a contract for nearly $40,000! Our home is only a small 1950s ranch. We were never left with any quote paperwork, or the contract that Dylan/owner, said that was signed by my husband. The next day when I realized what they had done, my husband called to get our money back. The phone call was made less than 20 hours after the appointment at our house. Justin's phone just went to voicemail. We then went to the bank, before 11:00 am, to find that they had already deposited our check, within a few hours of it being written. It was too late to put a stop payment on the check. Even though we have contacted them, repeatedly to get our money back, they have refused. Not only refusing, but demanding that we give them another $2,000, to cancel the "contract", again, a "contract" that we were never advised that my husband was signing. Dylan, then sent us a bill for $33,000, this was followed up by multiple harassing and bullying phone calls, from Dylan. Even though, we canceled in less than 24 hours, and can get documentation from specialists, doctors and psychiatrists, that my husband was in no condition to be signing anything legal or binding, Turnkey Builders has refused to refund what is rightfully ours. Instead, Dylan has threatened us with a lawsuit.Again, my husband had just had a major back surgery, and was on high doses of heavy narcotics, and they took advantage of that. We truly feel that they preyed on a senior citizen who was in a comprimised condition.If they are a large company that does residential, commercial and governmental jobs, as Dylan boasts, he should have no problem returning our money. Due to health issues for both of us, neither of us can work. We have no steady income and the $3,000 is seriously not something that we can have kept from us. We are now in our 3rd month of asking for Dylan to return our money, and he still refuses. If there was anyway to give Turnkey Builders less than one star, that is what they would be given from us. I would advise anyone considering doing business with Turnkey Builders, to tread carefully, lest you be taken as we have been. The unfortunate part is that all of the ugliness in the last 3 months could have been easily avoided, had Dylan just return our $3,000 as asked.

I just watched on youtube that they were given a deposit in November of last year, and they never did the work. The lady had to take them to small claims court and sue. Dylan (the owner) never showed up to the court proceeding and a default judgement was levied against him. Then when she posts this on a review, he blasts her. Sounds like Dylan could use some help in the PR department, customer service department, and getting the job done department. I can't wait to read what kind of response he's going to leave me. Love you Dylan, buddy! lol

I had roof vents installed and they were very prompt scheduling my job. The workers came and preformed their work without any issues and were respectful. I am still waiting on pictures of atop the house, but other than that I am happy so far.

Turnkey Builders installed a new roof on our house in January 2020. The shingles are curling over the entire roof. Shingle manufacturer inspection concluded Turnkey failed to install the underlayment correctly, causing the shingles to curl and tunnel. Turnkey Builders has been a massive disappointment to my family, causing a great amount of stress on my wife and myself. We paid this company to replace our roof back in June 2020 and a short time later we noticed multiple areas of our home were leaking water (when raining and when ice melted). After experiencing difficulty reaching them they finally came out and used caulk to "fix" these leaks, which clearly did not fix them. We again contacted them many times before another person came out to the house, only to provide an estimate on how much it would cost us to fix these leaks. Please just imagine paying all this money for a new roof and then while under warranty, having turnkey builders attempt to get more money from us. It is absolutely disheartening to say the least. These leaks are a direct cause of poor work that was done on our home by this company. Turnkey Builders has not returned any calls since they realized we would not be paying to correct their mistakes. This company was given a very well deserved F rating by Better Business Bureau. Please think twice when purchasing a new roof with Turnkey Builders as we believe their actions show they have great difficulty with communication, quality work, and follow through.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

I was in desperate need of a chimney /roof leak fix that I had spent a few thousand on through out the two years I’ve owned this house... but I either got my money taken or they just chalked the area never addressing the issues it really had until Turnkey Builders LLC got in touch with me right away and had it fixed in a couple hrs time!!!! Their contractor Derek Ice was amazing at what he does and his boss Dylan West treated me with kindness and much knowledge with a fair price to meet my budget in this time of crisis which put me at ease.... So with this said and after all this money I’ve forked out to other contractors or handy men I am so thankful to Turnkey Builders LLC and would recommend them to anyone at any time !!!!!
