If you are looking for a superior roofing company you have found it!! Aaron Townsend knocked on our door after a hailstorm. I am so very glad he did. He inspected our roof and found damage. He worked closely with our insurance company and we got a new roof and gutters. The customer service was superior and the work crew did excellent work and were very professional. Had Collin Forrest and his tema out for some hail repairs. Solid effort throughout the process. Thorough, descriptive, and transparent. There were a couple miscommunications that caused workers/materials to show up early without notice that cause some irritations hence the 4 star. The work was completed on time and under budget which was nice. Colin and his team handled the Insurance process and overall it was a great experience.

Our experience with United Roofing was wonderful. Jacob Elyea took care of everything for us. He worked with our insurance company and we received a check in one week from our inspection.The insurance company paid for the entire roofing job. The entire team at United Roofing was professional and very impressive. They took special care to keep my precious flowers protected. I was amazed that they had someone on the job that constantly picked up after the roofers. Now we have a beautiful new roof and we had no clean up to do on our part. I would definitely recommend them and would give United Roofing an A+.
